Booked comedy tickets to see a particular comedian who was on the lineup. Noticed online on the day of the show that the lineup had changed which I'd not been notified of. Response from the box office was that, predictably, the website T&Cs state acts can change and no refund (or apology) will be given. Extremely disappointing customer experience and a waste of money - sadly I won't be supporting this local business again.

Took my grandchildren to see Aladin today and we all really enjoyed it. There were a load of laughs, a lot of sing alongside and jokes for the entire family. My grandchildren are 15 and 22 and they loved it.

Staff very friendly and hospitable. Show was excellent. Auditorium was cold though and had to keep my jacket on throughout.

We come to watch the panto every year as a family and always leave feeling entertained and uplifted. Sean Luckham has been a wonderful dame over the many years we’ve seen him and in this years panto the bad fairy was particularly brilliant.

The Elgiva is a local gem . They get up to date acts and many performances. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Tribute Bands are a favourite. There are films to suit all tastes. The theatre is spacious and there is space for people in wheelchairs and space for people who have walking sticks. Assistance for everyone who needs extra support is available. Seat prices are around £20-00 . Depending on what you are going to see. The Box Office is open at 10-30 in the morning. The Elgiva has a small seating area and a nice Café on the premises. This is open Monday to Friday 10-30 - 3-00 o'clock. The Elgiva has a carpark with additional carparking available nearby in the Star Yard carpark. The Elgiva is on the opposite side of the road to Sainsbury's. I have been to a few performances with friends. I enjoyed my day and evening in the theatre. If you are in the area, the Elgiva is worth a visit. Very nice place.
