   The seats are so uncomfortable, please get the recliners in ASAP. It’s a shame as I like coming to this cinema with everything around like Prezzo, Mulligans, Subway, Lidl etc, but due to the uncomfortable-ness of the seats I haven’t been in a while. It’s honestly just the seats that let Cineworld Hemel down which unfortunately is a very low rating. The staff though are so friendly & helpful when needed, I’m glad I am a Cineworld member to get 25% off snacks/drinks/ice cream but unfortunately with the partner restaurants it’s no good to me as none of them are around anymore pretty much.

   I came here to watch Zootopia 2 on Monday 1st December 2025 in Screen 2. I was looking after someone who is a wheelchair user and the staff was very accomadating and helpful. One particular female staff member helped us with the doors and then offered to move us to the top of the room to see better as the access seats were extremely close to the screen. She helped us through the doors and showed us the lift and met us at the top again to support through the doors and then made sure we were comfortable and okay. It was so good and inclusive and accomadating. A massive thank you to the lady that came over and supported us while we were here. Made such a positive difference to our journey here.

   Clean, bright cinema with IMAX and Superscreen. Seats are very comfortable, staff are friendly, and there’s a solid range of cinema treats. Plenty of good food options nearby too. Great place for movie time.

   Lovely Cinema,this is one of the bigger multiplex cinemas in the U.K. This cinema hosts 17 screens including an IMAX and Superscreen. The screens are warm and the toilets are very clean. The seats are very comfortable too. This is a great cinema with loads of eating and entertainment options nearby.

   very clean, newly furbished and well maintained cinemas. However the screen we were in was very small and when we stand, the projector light hits our face/back of face. Causing a shadow on screen. very low projector. Bad experience.

   Matinee reasonably priced at 10.99. Not too busy Thur afternoon. Large coname with many screens and good to see they show a wide variety of films. Comfy enough seats in Screen 5.

   Lovely luxurious cinema. Well kept, well presented with little extra touches like an Iron Man statue to take a photo with. The toilet are plentiful and very clean and tidy. A wide range of refreshment stall cater for a variety of needs. The staff are friendly and helpful and their family tickets are a bargain.

   Loved this location! Firstly there's tons of free parking secondly there's enough well known eateries (Nandos / Prezzo / Bella Italia etc.) literally next door. The cinema is super clean and the staff are very friendly. There's also a Starbucks inside the premises if you fancy a coffee shop break. The whole design of the inside reflects a movie experience so I loved the decor... just wondering why all cineworld locations can't look this good... I'll definitely be making this location my favourite go to for movies!

   Nice cinema! The entrance with a shinny red and black floor and the food outlet to the right, is rather impressive. All along the corridors, some discreet indirect lights direct you to your room. There are at least 17 cinemas in one. I've tried only one : comfortable seats, enough leg room, good sound and picture, I can't fault it. Last thing: clean and modern toilets. For my first experience, I'd say that it exceeded my expectations.
