   A really great party venue with amazing staff who were very helpful prior to my daughter's party and throughout. The easiest party I have done by far as all the stress was taken away by the lovely staff. My 10 year old daughter had the best time and so did all her friends. Very highly recommended.

   Surprisingly very well organized. I mean you hope that of every party venue for a baying group of manic 8 year olds, right? But as we all know: normally the ‘party organizer’ is my 17 year old nephew with no clue, no command, no nuffink! Not Lazer planet Watford! I got a call a week before informing me the Watford had a home game: take lots of time to arrive!!! (Thanks Rhiannon!) All the staff knew what they were doing and the fella marshaling the “arena” was strict and fun in equal measure. “No physical combat: and I’m looking at you dads!” Ho ho. The whole cake nightmare and food orders after were seamless. Phew. I had to go in to the Arena and take part as “some of the children were a little scared” but they were fine and I had fun too. “Take that you annoying little sod” I didn’t say out loud. To any of the children. Well organized. Pretty good value tbh. Very therapeutic. 10 out of 10.

   Kids certainly had fun. Birthday parties can be atranged with your own food eg. Cake! Coffee shop inside. Not bad.

   Hello. The boys had a great birthday party. Full of action and play. As a parent, it was fast or hurried service, game time too short, and food not great but snacky. We paid extra and added slush puppies. The kids enjoyed hence 4 stars.

   Spoke to a lovely gentlemen last week, the day before I wanted to go. Had to find something for my 8 kids and myself. He was completely accommodating, from the moment I walked in. All the staff were. Helped with all the children ousting the packs on. Interacting with us all very well. Between game time your able to have a break, if not having a party they assist in making sure you having something to drink and sit to cool down, recharge for the next round. Yes you do get closed in a room however it wouldn't be dark enough without it. There's always an attendant close by too. We had an AWESOME time

   Was here for my 8-year-old grandson's birthday party. He had invited about 12 of his friends. There was already another birthday party in progress; the place looked busy. There are 5 long tables and seats for the adults to use while the kids are busy lasering each other. Not that much space, but just about enough to manage for about an hour. The tables appear to be booked for parties and as such demarcation is rigorously enforced by staff. Definitely looked like a lot of fun for the children--from the expressions on their faces. Each foray into the "wild" is for 20 minutes; this passes very quickly. The kids just want more and more sessions. There is a small bar for refreshments and snacks. No parking at the venue itself, but there is a pay-and-display car park next door at Iceland.
