    I have been going to MSK for 1 month now and I've learnt a lot of things and I am continuing to learn, I like Monty's style of teaching, it's really easy to understand and quick to pick up with his explanation of the moves and the effectiveness of them. He is very jovial and friendly, also he is very helpful, he is a top instructor and has decades of experience also has a high fight IQ. Highly reccomend if you need to learn how to defend yourself or gain an important skill.

    Great class and you only pay as you train which is nice as there's no tie in fees. I've been going for the last 3 years and have noticed a big increase in my confidence, flexibility, and overall body strength. It has made me feel a lot more confident in my own body. The first 3 sessions are currently free too, so great for any newbie to try this great martial art.
