Great facility for various games, gym, well maintained swimming pool, friendly staff, canteen, good number of parking places (limited time parking is free of cost), disabled parking, good support to the games for disabled, clean bathrooms with a facility to shower, dress change etc,,, Very adjacent to it, one scooter stunts facility and a play area cum park for kids. On the other side of the road, Morrisons allow us to shop the groceries. Overall, awesome avenue for any family.

Been swimming here a few times with the kids, its fairly clean and the baby pool is reasonably warm but the front desk staff can be a bit slow sometimes and I have only ever been able to find 2 family changing rooms which are always occupied and the other changing rooms that provide a baby changing station are tiny.

Wouldn’t let my son swim in the deep end saying he can’t swim. Even though he proved them wrong swimming from one end to the other like they asked him to.. he had to stop because people kept going infront of him in the shallow end where they had crammed everyone in. Other parents weren’t happy either. Sign says “no armbands beyond this point” - my son doesn’t wear armbands, he’s a great swimmer. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Very pleasant staff that I spoke to. The whole place appears clean and tidy. The pool was nice and warm and the changing areas appear to have underfloor heating, which is great when you get out of the pool. The showers were also a good temperature, and lasted a reasonable amount of time. Plenty staff cleaning the locker area, regularly. I believe the car park was free for 3 hours. As of February 25, they're taking cash, which is a big bonus, as I'd much rather pay cash. Most leisure centres around here have gone cashless. I'll define going back here, even though it's not the closest leisure centre to me. I assume this is run by Leeds City Council - Great job! Miles better than any of the Kirklees facilities.

Totally disappointed with seating arrangements for 1st competition of the year majorettes. Sold so many tickets not even standing room, disgusting and dangerous!!!!

Nice clean gym, however overly busy and it can be overwhelming for those who lack low gym confidence. They also have a variety of classes but you have to ensure you book a week and 2 days before at midnight to guarantee a place as they get fully booked by 3am!! This is no joke as, I spend my Saturday night waiting up to book on to legs bums and tums for a week on Tuesday! Also avoid going to the gym between 3-5 as they let the school kids in, and again can be nerve wracking feeling you're getting laughed at. Any time after 5 is also busy! I tend to go around 12/1 on my lunch break where its kind if quiet. The monthly membership is £25.99 and I don't think it has many benefits whereas JD gyms have plenty of gym equipment and classes. I've been a gym member for 5 years and always found it busy, but prefer the clintel as I feel I don't have to put a full face of make up on to work out, where if I went to JD gyms I think I would, as I feel its more about looks. Think leeds city council need to pause gym memberships and stop being so greedy, as I feel they taking money off people and customers aren't getting the full experience. It would also be nice if they initiated more classes. On a plus side the staff are nice and helpful

Amazing value plenty of classes and sports . Badminton. Football. Basketball. Swimming and family swim. Swimming for all ages and swimming lessons. A lovely gym for everyone to enjoy. Easy to get to and parking. Amazing for all for what you looking for in a membership to do sports the full family or as a individual can enjoy.

Lovely little gym. Could do with some more space and an overall update but it has the bare minimum. I would say though that perhaps the policy needs looking at as I’ve seen kids in there, lifting weights that are immensely too heavy for them with extremely poor form that could not have been older than 13 years- which is terribly unhealthy. Tat bit too expensive for what it is gym wise but you do get lots of additional elements outside just the gym for it.

I love going to the Morley Leisure Centre! The staff are always friendly and the facilities are really clean. It's a great place to work out and go swimming. I highly recommend it!
