   Taking my niece out for the day, this was an unexpected and pleasant stop. She enioyed the frames & soft play. The only thing I would change is when youngsters are on the frames staff dont congregate in one corner. A bit more proactively helping parents and carers who are novices to the whole climbing frame adventure would help.

   The first experience was amazing. Lots of walls to choose from, friendly staff and very clear instructions. The kids were already asking we're coming back, the moment we left. Highly recommend it for an active day out.

   Good variety of climbing walls and not too busy had enough time to try everything without being on top of people or waiting for equipment. The demonstration to buckle up the gear to the climbing equipment could've been better explained and shown, it was rushed so I had to request the stewards to help me again. Nevertheless the Climb and Play is good value for money and would come again. My 5yr old and 2 yr old enjoyed it thoroughly and great options for food and drink at the cafe.

   We visited for my son's 8th birthday and loved this place. The children will have a blast and there are plenty of seats for the adults and a snack area where you can get a large range of refreshments.

   My kids absolutely loved it here! Very reasonably priced. Little safety briefing and shown how to use safety clips beforehand and then they are good to go, kids are allowed to take an adult into the climbing area if they want to, if not there are plenty of staff around to help. The drop slide you have to pay extra to use but it's only £3.50. Small soft play area again at an extra cost but it's perfect to keep younger siblings who aren't climbing occupied. Refreshments available.

   If I could give 0 I would, this place was unbelievably filthy,food all over tables and floor were the children are playing. Toilets flooded and wet all over the floor. Right after a pandemic you expect for places to be kept clean to say the least. The rock climbing is decent,that's if you don't mind sitting in filth.

   Very disappointed by how dirty, unsafe for toddlers and lack of attention this place was. The toddler area was full of older kids, throwing balls to each other, running around with the danger of pushing other kids down. The sitting area was total mess as u can see (pics). No supervision of the playing area apart from climbing area. Shame…
