We had a fantastic experience at my son’s 10th birthday party at Oxygen Purley, and Ezra was an excellent host. He was entertaining and engaging from the start, and somehow managed to keep a group of very rowdy kids following his instructions and paying attention to what they needed to do throughout the session. We were really happy with the service he provided. Ezra was polite, professional, and great with the children, which made the whole party run smoothly and stress-free for us as parents. Thank you, Ezra, for helping make the day such a success!

I popped in recently for a party and I had a fantastic time! Bambi our assigned party planner was highly organised, super friendly and really made sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the event. The food was great and the whole place felt spotless and safe. It was a small disappointment that the platform jump wasn’t open; I remember how much fun it was during my last visit. Overall, a brilliant experience and I’d definitely come back!

I had my sons Birthday Party the classic one in Croydon. It was my first party experience and not a very good one. The Party room no.1, we were given, was quite a dark room, few lights not working and only 1 AC in the room that wasn't set to cool properly.(I was shown this room few weeks before on my visit to book this venue for the birthday party and it was still dark with few lights not working, so basically they had plenty of time to fix but for some reason they didnt) the person showing me around then even mentioned I could ask for a brighter and more bigger room (Room no. 7 recommended) Which I did on email but no response on email and even after several requests on the phone was completely ignored and given the worst one instead. We were total 30 children + adults. So it was very uncomfortable. The host was a young boy and more than half the time wasn't around. The hot food chicken tenders before serving had gone cold and hard and the chips were cold too. No unlimited drinks as specified, since the party host wasn't around. I see in other reviews people could decorate the room. I wasn't even shown the room before the party started. It's not at all what you'd expect for a good birthday party. I had to ask for everything everytime, including a jug of water and glasses before the going to the party room, for the kids. Good fun for a day out but definitely not for a birthday party.

My daughter had her 3rd birthday party here and it was great! The pancakes and fruit made a perfect birthday breakfast, the portions were generous and everyone enjoyed it. As toddler birthday parties are only run during toddler only sessions, my daughter and her friends were not exposed to boisterous older children - which made the experience far more relaxed. Oxygen allowed me access to the party room the evening before so I was able to decorate the room in advance - for a 09:00 start. The party rooms are well furnished and you can connect easily through bluetooth to play music of your choosing. Staff were so kind and helpful. Special shout-outs to Paris, Mohammed, Roman and Shivani. My daughter had a wonderful time, there is so much to keep children occupied. I’d book a party here again. The only thing I wish could be improved is options for those with food intolerances. Chicken nuggets and dairy-free pizza should not be the offered substitutes at 10:00. Thankfully, upon request I was allowed to bring in dairy free pancakes so my daughter’s friend did not feel left out. Thank you Oxygen (Purley Way).

Love this trampoline park my kids love it in here too. It’s around Β£14 per hour per person so can be quite costly as a family day out but if you only have 1-2 kids it’s okay. Great place for kids parties and staff always seem helpful! Plus there’s parking outside but can get busy depending on time of day you go.

Well run and a great place to take the kids to wear them out! The hour goes really fast especially when waiting 10mins to play dodgeball

Very poor service. Came for a birthday party. There was a free chair, and I asked a random man if I could have the chair he said we could have it. Later a woman claims this is her chair. There is exact same chairs in the room, she asked for the chair that I am sitting on, for me to move to another chair. Now she goes and call the manager instead of him apologising to me he says I should give her the chair that she had only gone to get something to eat. manager uneducated as anything. He told me to get up and . I had already sat on the chair for at least 20 minutes. This place irritates me a very racist manager. Never coming to this place again ..my first and last. I called to speak to a manager. 2nc mgr was more approachable tried to listen to our side of the argument. But didn't resolved any issues as he is not aware. Overall disgusted very disgusting at 1st manager entertaining narcissistic disgusting behaviour, teaching others to belittle themselves over a chair. The chsir was not reserved for any one use, and there were other chairs around. Doesn't value even any human rights or data protection. The woman and her child ended up taking pic and video when we asked it to be removed. She and her son were being rude. The 1st manager is very rude I can see he is racist too. Only taking one side of the argument over one chair. It is ridiculous. The manager needs some type of training. Clearly doesn't have any management experience whatsoever.

We had an excellent time at Oxygen Croydon in the preschoolers / under 5s session. The staff were fantastic, energised, happy and led some lovely extra activities during the hour. Best trampoline Park we've been to.

Honestly it was my first time going there with my family. We have an Autistic child and they do a session for kids with special needs from 5pm to 6pm which we went today of course Sunday. The place is amazing and my children had the best time! I won't lie even me and my misses had a good jump around proper made me feel like a kid again, I really can't wait to go back it was amazing! The only thing I have to say is that they asked you to arrive 30 minutes before your session starts.. the problem with this is having a kid with special needs they go crazy because they want to jump on the trampolines but can't until dead on 5 when people leave, the other issue is if you have an Autistic child you would understand once their mind is set it is set.. we can't take him out because he will scream... So I would say do not arrive 30 minutes before your session as they have you waiting around.. then they put you in the "blue room" which is the waiting room then you need to listen to a briefing which is hard when your child is screaming.. The session is only 1 hour it would be nice to have 1 and half hours or 2 hours that really does a lot for special needs kids, this would be very beneficial as trying to find places that do stuff for special needs kids only is really hard to find. Apart from all that I will still give the place 5 stars!
