   Went into this place today to pick items from a prescription sent to them yesterday Reply Oh they aren’t ready yet When l said l would come back for them the lady said it would only take 5 minutes If it only takes 5 minutes why wasn’t it already bagged and ready to go ? Pitiful

   Couldn’t work out this place. Seems more like a spa treatment clinic / beauty therapy place and not a pharmacy. The products on display are supplemental produce of protein or collagen stuff. I booked my COVID and flu jab here through the NHS at it was one of the sites recommended. The only question asked was what vaccinations did I regular on line and which arms I was going to get my jabs. No swab, just jabbed no rubs, no cotton balls, band aid , no reassurance. All was said was keep hydrated for at least 24 hrs. and then shown the door. I was nearly denied use of toilet as their insurance doesn’t cover the public. A bit of warmth and humanity would make a big difference but then again I might have been the strange one. They were lacklustre in my opinion.

Dale went above and beyond to ensure all my queries were answered and even provided clarity on certain medications. The pharmacy is well-stocked, efficient, and truly places customer satisfaction at the forefront of their service. It's evident that this pharmacy isn't just about dispensing medication; it's about providing an unparalleled customer experience. I wholeheartedly give them a 5-star rating and highly recommend their services.
