   Based on the experience today I'd give 5 star. I accompanied a friend of mine and I sat in for the test. Jim was the examiner and he has 47 years of experience. I witnessed how an examiner can make a huge difference to someone's life just by doing what he does best. Jim was very respectful and benevolent and the driver really fet at ease. My friend passed the test at his first attempt. Jim explained everything in simple language for my friend to understand as English was not one of his strengths. I wish all the examiners are approachable like Jim.
