   the medical team was really friendly and professional and made the experience pretty much stress free I was concerned befor i turned up however the medical team made me feel comfortable and put my mind and nerves at ease they also made everything really clear as to what they needed from me and what they was going to do honestly well done guys and thank you for making the experience stress free ❤️

   The staff’s communication was poor, and at times rude. The lady on the reception was abrupt and dismissive. I was called through for a CXR, and the lady asked me to take all my top things off and put a gown on without any introduction or explanation of who she was - I had to ask to find out she was a radiographer. All in all a poor experience, if you can go elsewhere for your visa medical, then I would.

   I had my K1 Visa Medical Interview with Steve today who is an incredible GP. Very Friendly, made the entire process from something that stressed me out to complete ease. Excellent blood draw and remarkable people skills. Explained the processes clearly so nothing was a surprise. I cannot possibly be more satisfied with my experience today. It's a shame he's not my actual GP! The Receptionist was polite and very helpful. I also had a good experience with the Nurse regarding my history and vaccine options. She was very to the point and did not use any jargon. Thanks so much to the entire team here! To anyone who is as worried or nervous as I was, it's not nearly as stressful as it seems.

   I had a really pleasant experience. Dr Stangoni made me feel really comfortable and totally at ease. I always get nervous around doctors, but he was great made me feel really calm. The reception staff were also really organised and friendly.

   Was a little nervous going for my medical due to mixed reviews on here. I'm not good with remembering names but the doctor, nurse and radiologist were great. Welcoming and friendly. Desk staff were okay, not as welcoming but not rude either. The medical fee is quite a lot but its to be expected from the start of the K process. Overall a good experience.

   The staff made me feel comfortable being that I don’t do very well with needles. When I got in they gave me a few minutes to gather my paperwork, gave them to receptionist, made some copies and kept some, they took a picture of me(didn’t kept any of my photos), then chest X-ray, couple of vaccines and drew blood. While the experience was great I ended up paying 450£, maybe is not they’re fault but boy that is a lot of money anywhere

   I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. The receptionist were friendly and pleasant. The nurse, radiologist and doctor were all very nice, made me feel comfortable and not nervous! Doctor was efficient and professional, and gave me moral support for the blood test. The whole experience went a lot better than I had anticipated. Highly recommend.
