Very basic. Double bed/king size wasn't very comfy 2 singles pushed together. Drains very smelly day/night. Shower needs attention seal coming away. Parking is a bit risky go round the back but problems if people already parked in cut through. Front door is a poor fit wind and rain blows under Unable to sit out at back no chairs or table Not very pleasant either. Chairs round table need about of TLC.
