   I can’t speak highly enough of Kyle and his team, especially Anna. Given the significant time and financial investment in the E2 process, plus the logistical challenge of relocating my family to the US to grow the business, the experience was inherently stressful. The UK embassy’s shifting processing times and lack of case updates only added to that strain. Kyle and Anna were outstanding throughout. They provided clear guidance from the start and answered my questions consistently, which was very reassuring. They were incredibly responsive to emails and calls—I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. We’re now settled in the US, building our business, and I would gladly recommend their services. I will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

   At the end of 2023 we engaged Barella Global to assist with my Employment Based Visa (EB-1c) application process. They have provided excellent service both in advising on the procedure and eligibility, as well in drafting key documents and reviewing all materials. Under their guidance, we prepared well put together application package which then lead to quick approval of my employer’s Petition. Subsequently, the attorney, Kyle Barella and his assistant Anna did a great job of guiding me and my spouse to prepare and submit all required documents for the Consular process. Our visas were approved in a very short overall timeline without a tissue along all the steps. I couldn’t recommend more using Barella’s services!

   I cannot recommend Kyle and Barella Global enough. We initially contacted the firm back in late 2018 and received exceptionally detailed information regarding the K1 Visa process. Barella Global remained consistent throughout the almost 18 month process in terms of their response times, their level of care and attention to my particular case and their speed in preparing the necessary legal documents. I always received clear instructions as to what I needed to do and which documents I needed to send them in order to file and progress to the next stage in the journey. They kept me updated at all points as to how long I would potentially be waiting for the following stage and when we reached the next stage, be that the K1 interview, the adjustment of status filing or the green card interview, Kyle and the team were always ready to assist me in any way and provide the next set of paperwork so that we could file quickly and accurately so as to avoid any delays in the process. Exceptional.

   Very pleased with the level of service provided by Kyle at Barella Law on my spousal green card application and I would definitely recommend him. I came to Kyle after firing a previous lawyer who had offered a very poor level of service. Fortunately, Kyle was responsive, turned documents quickly (as there were certain timing considerations to our initial filings) and helped make the final interview stage feel very smooth.
