   We stayed for a couple of nights in November. The cottage is beautifully put together, with everything you could need including a welcome hamper. Great locations for Cheshire oaks, Chester zoo or the Wirral. We loved watching the wildlife in the garden. Would definitely recommend for a couple.

   Steve, Val & Indie the dog spent 2 nights at Saughall Mill cottage. Jane & Richard are lovely hosts & the cottage is a special haven. The welcome basket is amazing & they even provided a bottle of wine & beer in the fridge. They've renovated the cottage to a very high standard & the gardens are beautiful & we made use of the fire pit & swinging garden seat in the evening. Thanks again to Jayne & Richard for a special stay & we'll be back again very soon.

   5 star holiday cottage / vacation cottage, set within 1 acre of private gardens. Perfect romantic getaway for a couple and ideally located for Chester, Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo, Chester Races, North Wales mountains and beaches, Wirrals excellent golf courses, The Wirral Peninsula beaches, Hilbre Island and much more. Beautifully refurbished throughout, with exposed wood beams in every room. King size bed on the first floor with en-suite shower room and garden view of the neighbours windmill. Cosy lounge with bed settee, two seater sofa, inglenook fireplace with wood burner effect electric heater. Fully fitted kitchen, with everything that you will need, including induction cooker with electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and lots more. The guest reviews in the guest book speak for themselves. This really is a gem of a find and the hosts have thought if everything.
