Lovely hip hotel just outside the busy centre of town but just a ten minute walk away from the centre. The staff are amazing, friendly and go the extra mile for their guests.

The room we got was absolutely perfect for us. Large bathroom with walk in shower, spacious bedroom area and comfortable facilities, including a kettle, television and comfy sheets. Only problem with the ervice was that we weren't sure how to operate the online ordering system thing, so I ended up going down to the desk in the middle of the night for a bottle of wine but it was no stress at all, customer service was amazing considering the time of night. Absolutely amazing service and room, felt very looked after.

Stayed here for the second time over the weekend and had another incredible stay! As always the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help and made the time we had there perfect. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon, and especially looking forward to the breakfast!

Fantastic hotel experience! On an older classical building, the "Baltic Hotel" sign lights up, as if it were a concert venue in the 60s / 70s. Inside the door there is a very helpful receptionist who offers to store my suitcase, since I arrived early and no room was not completely cleaned. Not long after, a room was ready, which I was offered. Enter the elevator and up to the fourth floor. Cool gangway. Open the door and there was a really nice and interestin room! Large comfortable double bed. Large desk with cool cupboard where there were 2 water bottles, coffee and tea as well as kjes on the desk. sink and large mirror. And a small lounge sofa. As well as views from large windows. The bathroom had plenty of space. That was nice! The only thing is that the shower screen is so small that during showering a lot of water must end up on the bathroom floor. But it worked. Room service available. The menu is a bit rock inspired. A bottle of Jack Daniels was probably possible to get, for example. Downstairs there is a restaurant and drinking place. I was in Liverpool too short to try this, but there were a lot of people there. And it seemed very relaxed. So definitely something to try next time. It is a 15-minute walk to the center. But there are buses. And nearby is Chinatown with restaurants, there are coffee shops, kiosks, bakeries and more. And it was a quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again next time I'm in Liverpool. And the room is as affordable as it was when I booked.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are amazing. The staff are nice. Not the cleaners who cleans the rooms. They not nice. Just before checking out. Please take a video off the room. Because the cleaners like to make things up. So be careful.

I stayed here at the end of February and there is nothing I could fault the place on. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with so many options to pick from. (Tip: Book directly and get your breakfast included!! It’s worth it for anywhere you stay) The room was gorgeous, very clean and perfect. To the best of my knowledge we stayed in the Lounge room and it was perfect. Very spacious and cool. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Liverpool One which was perfect. Massive thank you to all the staff, receptionists, the kitchen and housekeeping. You are all fab!

Stayed for two nights at the start of December. It's our second stay as we feel it is one of the best hotels in Liverpool and at a very reasonable price. I suppose the only.limitation being you are a small walk/taxi/scooter from the city centre, albeit in the centre of the Baltic district instead. We had a suite which was large enough for 4, with a big ensuite bath and shower. Two TVs which you can stream to from your phone with the right apps (great touch!). The room was very clean and well equipped with a large fridge, iron & board, hairdryer, teas and coffees. We didn't use their bar or food downstairs but it always seemed popular. Nearby there are plenty of bars in the Baltic area. Try Love Lane Brewery just behind, or Chapters of Us coffee/wine bar. Only 1 small negative: - room was very cold , much colder than last time we came (December 2021). We told reception and they gave us an extra electric heater.

This place is magical… From the front desk staff to the kitchen staffs… they are amazing. Good to see great service and appreciate the hard working staffs. The event director was extraordinary for Sofie’s & Hugh wedding party 26/11/22. Good size bar to relax and watch the World Cup…

Staff are super friendly& professional. As a solo female traveller (of a certain age) I felt safe & looked after. Everything you need to visit is within walking distance. They even allowed me to leave my case there before & after checkout time. Well done Baltic team. You're great! Just wish I'd booked more than 1 night.
