Bliss has changed hands 4 times in the last 6 years, Identity is all over the place, yes it is very nice, food average, service average, staff need to take notice of what's going on, reception on the 2nd floor makes no sense. Stupid Rooms very nice main function rooms has lovely big windows. Decent wifi

This was hotel was the best I have stayed in, reception staff excellent very helpful. Room excellent very comfortable, bathroom gorgeous and have luxury shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast excellent and quality ingredients. Staff can't do enough for you. Location superb by beach and walking distance to shops. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you want quality, comfort and value for money. Thank you bliss for making our break one to remember.

Wow! We booked at the last minute and was not disappointed, we intended to stay one night and but we loved it that much we had to stay for another. The staff were friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The receptionist even upgraded us, free of charge ,from a double room to a twin room with a sea view. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Can't wait to return.

Great experience and even better value. Friendly staff were very welcoming. Hotel and room were furnished very well, modern and stylish. Big TV that was easy to use (not all hotel remotes work well). Spotlessly clean and the best hotel bathroom and shower we've used in years... Full size bath and amazing shower. Highly recommended, will be staying again.

Found a great deal for this hotel for a superior room which included a 2 course dinner. Hotel is situated right on the sea front. Lovely friendly staff, beautiful decor, lovely food, great buffet breakfast. Also loved the scent of the soap products provided. Underground parking is chargeable but not too expensive. Loved our stay here so much that we booked another night. Only one thing it lacks, and that is spa facilities. Otherwise I can't fault it. Loved it.

Great hotel, stylish and modern. Big rooms, well equipped with friendly service from reception and restaurant team. Breakfast was good, buffet service with ample choice. Fresh pots of coffee or tea. Only downside was the £15 parking fee but car was safe underground (otherwise its promenade parking with eager traffic wardens).

Where do I start. First of all reception were very welcoming and even managed to give me a wet room as I am disabled. The lift is very secure and cannot be accessed unless you have a room card. Breakfast is superb with the highest quality produce. Th staff are young, friendly and very happy to help. Dinner is relaxed again with superb food. If you like a whisky the have a fantastic range and I personally have to recommend their cocktails. Rooms are spacious, clean and have very comfortable beds. May I also pass on our thanks to Jim for his hospitality. If you’re looking for a really good hotel then go to the Bliss.
