   Excellent home from home. Beautiful rooms, lovely views of the river. Lyn and Kevin are brilliant hosts...warm welcoming and friendly.... nothing is too much trouble for them. Totally recommend that you stay here.

   This is our third time to stay at Riverview Guesthouse and we love it. It is situated in a nice quite area. Lyn is very friendly and welcoming everytime we stay. Rooms are really comfortable and include tea/coffee making facilities and a good tv. Amazing organic breakfast served in the morning with a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

   Excellent overnight stay. Lynn and Kevin were very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Our dog, Kato, was also made very welcome and really enjoyed his sausage for breakfast.

   I had a lovely stay. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. My room was lovely, with a set of binoculars included in order to admire the fantastic view. The breakfast was superb - especially the homemade veggie sausages. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

   This was a lovely stay. The beach is less than one minute's walk with the Gormley Art Installation, the bed was really comfortable and the room lovely. The house has a peaceful feel. Nothing was too much trouble for Lynne. I thought the room was good value. Would definitely recommend.

   We stayed here three nights in an of peak season. No major events in town as far as I was aware. Conveniently located at seven minutes walk from Waterloo town centre and the Merseyside northern line - that you can use to reach Liverpool in just 17 minutes - this b&b is a good compromise for a break. It's a bit expensive when compared to other b&b I've been before and some pre booked hotel in Liverpool, but overall doable. Lyn and Kevin are good hosts, and their place is quite nice and well adjusted for their guests. Had an overall nice experience and good breakfast, though the other permanent guests that were with us were a bit noisy on their return from their shift at late night. The place is clean under all aspects (just a minor but of dust that was probably forgotten than anything else), with towels changed even during our short stay. The additional bed for our daughter was a bit hard, but Lyn made everything she could to ease. Just a minor thing. If you fancy a private bathroom, this place is not for you.
