Stayed 1 night as a group of 6 in apartment 1. Amazing location, very clean and everything we needed was readily available. 100% recommend Elysium to anyone wanting to stay in Liverpool. Overall 10/10 experience and will be staying here again.
Apartment was perfect, lovely and clean. I accidentally left my keys behind, Elysium were prompt and friendly in their response and got my keys back to me within 2 days. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality!
Great location for a city visit. Lovely modern finish and is ideal for large groups to use as a base for a weekend away. Comfy numerous beds and bathrooms clean and fresh.

Lovely apartment and great location! Very easy check in, very accommodating with timings - very friendly staff from moment of booking. Apartment very clean and fantastic facilities for a group weekend away, could not fault one thing! Exceeded expectations and would definitely recommend and come and stay again.
The inside looks more glam on the photos than in reality. High charge for a very easy decore look. Throw in a few sparkly mirror and it looks all glam. Wasn't too impressed. Some of the radiators wouldn't come on and there's wasn't a lot of seating. Had to bring a matters into the living room for us all to have a seat.
Ditty tissues behind cabinet, eyelashes under bed, no basic cleaning supplies. Had to sweep floor with my hand. No plug in sink. Hairdryer so clogged up with dust that it overheated and cut out. Brother pulled a massivr clump of hair from the bath drain as it wasnt draining properly. No toiletries at all. Grubby walls. VERY wobbly bedside cabinets. Charged for spilling wine after the basically brushing against bedside cabinet while closing the window blind. Not enough seating for the number of people it sleeps. No basic commodities at all. Bearing in mind it cost £396 for 1 night. 3 hotel rooms would have been about the same price with breakfast included. Also very noisy around 4am when groups of clubbers come in. VERY disappointing stay. Shame the management is so inept; waiving the £35 charge would have prevented these reviews being posted on all platforms!
