   I was shopping with a friend at this Next store when I was surrounded by three staff members and a manager named Sandeep. In front of the whole shop, they started accusing me of something I didn't do and told me to leave immediately. ​I was completely shocked and asked for proof or an explanation, but they wouldn't give any details. It was only when I told them to call the police so we could clear it up that they suddenly changed their tune and said it was a 'mistake.' ​Being publicly harassed and then dismissed with a simple 'oops' is not acceptable. Sandeep and the staff refused to even give their full names. It was a humiliating experience and I won't be shopping at Next again until this is taken seriously by their head office.

   I have to say, this is one of the worst Next stores I have ever visited. The overall state of the shop was very disappointing – the floors were dirty, the changing rooms were unhygienic and unpleasant, and the displays were poorly maintained, with items not stacked or arranged properly. The store in general felt neglected and in need of serious attention. That said, I do want to highlight the one positive part of my visit: the customer service I received from a staff member named Aisha. She was absolutely excellent – polite, attentive, and very helpful. My interaction with her was the only redeeming aspect of the experience, and she truly represents the kind of service you would expect from a brand like Next. I sincerely hope the store management addresses these issues, because apart from the great service from Aisha, everything else about this branch fell far below expectations.

   This store has a lot of online orders to process for pick up so it can get super busy, the staff do the best they can but can be rather chaotic. Staff are friendly and helpful. However during these busy times I wish sometimes they had more people on the tills.

   **Long waits for collection!** An employee advised us that this is due to a lack of staff and that everyone is turning up at the same time to collect their Sale orders… it will be like this for a couple of weeks. I waited 28 mins for my parcels without an apology. At least they managed the expectations with the hand written sign.

   Good sized shop including Next home. Good for shirts, jackets and general clothes. Shame they only stock "Next labels", it would be nice if you could get some other designer brands here.

   Next Home in Hayes, nice and convenient place for shopping, a wide range of products for innovative touch to your home. Next Costa is a great addition for hot cups of coffee. With regards to parking, massive parking bays free up to 3 hrs.
