   They had the worst quality furniture and told me it was under warranty. I bought my furniture a year and three months ago. During this time, its springs broke three times. I contacted them many times, but they behaved very badly and I will definitely follow up on this issue in a different way.And I've told them many times that I only have this one sofa and I have two children and I need my sofa to be punished. It makes a terrible noise when we sit down and stand up, but they don't care. And the person who answers the phone treated me very badly

   Bad service, phone line never works or no one answers. Different information given. Waited 8 weeks for customised furniture as standard was too big- got the standard delivered and was given no explanation?! No carpet delivered left in Lockdown 2 with no reassurance whatsoever! Absolutely shocked by the way everything has been dealt with. Definitely not recommending any friends or family.

   Sales people at the showroom was well informed about their products and gave a good service. It took my products about 7 weeks from the date I bought. I bought a corner sofa and it was delivered today even it was Christmas they were open and delivery was made in a good manner.
