Atmacha are brilliant. I placed an order in November, fully expecting some items to take 8–12 weeks, but I received everything within just 10 days. Absolutely outstanding. The quality of the items is exceptional, truly beyond expectations. Not to mention, it all started with the wonderful customer service I experienced when I visited the shop. Thank you!
I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible quality and customer service. The delivery was late, which we didn’t mind too much. But then the dining table and chairs arrived and we soon realised how cheap the quality was. The chairs are rough underneath, which has damaged our flooring , as well as the base of table itself. We reached out to customer service, who refused to help in any way, and just sent some rubber dots for under the chairs, which did not resolve the issue. The padding in the chairs has already started to lose its shape, which you can see in the picture attached. The table top has many scratches already. There are no kids in the house, only 4 adults living here, so this has not been caused by us. The over all look is good, and that’s why we went into this shop, but the quality for the price we paid is ridiculous. They are very very over priced, not worth it at all! Do not fall for the shiny exterior of their furniture.

The delivery team were amazing - the sofa didn’t fit through my doors, but they carefully brought it in through the back garden without any issues. Amazing furniture store, friendly staff just bought 4 of the chairs at the front for good price from their stock they helped me carry and fit the packed chairs into my car. The corner sofa at the front is really nice and cosy will be getting that delivered soon as well in beige colour. Thanks for the help guys enjoy your Christmas!!!
I put my order in September 24 they told us in the shop that we are looking for 8-12 weeks of delivery time. I spoke with your office today and I was informed that now we are looking for second week of January that is a joke. No information from you what so ever that u have any problems. Keep promising that the order is on the way. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
