Poor customer service. I bought a wardrobe and didn’t come with a manual. I contacted them several times but never got help. Will never recommend them
Since it is a Turkish company, the sofa set we bought became unusable within 3 months and no one was contacted to solve our problem and they shook it for the warranty period to expire. I definitely do not recommend them. I don’t think you should go and buy any sofas or anything from there it’s not worth your money.
