Bellona has shown me exactly why they are closing down. I bought a 3+2+1 sofa set in August, only to be told later they’d sold it to someone else. Their “solution” was to dump a 3+3+1 set on me (which didn’t fit my house), strip away the 2-year warranty, and then ask for an extra £300 if I wanted an alternative. Delivery promises? Broken. Customer service? Nonexistent. Their receptionist, Zilan, was rude, dismissive, and actually hung up the phone on me — the final touch of “service” from a company in freefall. In the end, I wasted hours of my life and drove 2 hours just to get my refund. This store is a masterclass in how to run a business straight into the ground. If you want stress, lies, and to be insulted on your way out, Bellona (and Zilan) are more than happy to help. Otherwise, avoid like the plague.

Originaly I wrote a negative review however since then management has changed and a lovely guy called Kadri took over dealing with my issue. Sofas were replaced and all missing items bought in and other issues rectified. Him and the ladies really went above and beyond to sort things out. In a way I'm glad there was an issue as I now have the most beautiful sofas better than the previous ones too. I would highly recommend.

We purchased a sofa set from this store in July, it is now December and the products are still not delivered. We have been given no information or advice as to whats going on and how long we should wait. When we purchased the products we was told it would take 2 months, but we are approaching 6 months with no news.

I have been to this store recently and had a big regret There is no customer service at all as soon as I walked into the store there were four people at the desk they all turned their faces to the other side Didn’t welcome me at all I had to walk towards them and said that I wanted to buy bedroom furniture and they all looked at each other and said who’s turn is They didn’t want to serve the customer Also, they are lying about their prices if you look at them their Instagram account the prices are different when you go to the store it’s different I am talking about their official Instagram page I showed them the page and the prices and they couldn’t give me answer And I left the store without buying one single thing why should I earn them money when they don’t even welcome

I bought a new house recently and purchased all my furniture from these amazing guys. They have been helpful throughout the process from the shop to the actual delivery. They offer free delivery and assembly which is great. But the main reason I chose them was them being a corporate company that is highly reputable in Turkey as well as in the UK. Purchased a sofa set from this company and honestly i am disgusted with the customet service. I asked for honesty regarding delivery time and was told MAX 12 weeks. Took 7months to deliver. Not the end. Was delivered a sofa literally hard to sit on with wood digging into you. Called and asked them to come and have a look they told me needs replacing. Again waited 5 months this time. Onlyy to recieve the wrong part andwas then told its not their fault. Again had to wait 4 months and again it was the wrong part. I mean at this point i didnt even know how to react at such unproffesional mistakes. Eventually told them i will accept them checking there depot to see MAYBE they may have the right one there somewhere. Funny they had the part i had waited ages for in there Depot. So yeah moral of the story unless you have at least a year to deal with orders and delivery dont purchase from this company.
