   I wouldn't spend your cash or time at this place. Their return policy sucks, especially if something doesn't work out for your home. They wouldn't give me my money back just because the label wasn't in the box. The service was pretty bad, like they didn't care that I was stuck with something I couldn't use. I have never experienced such an issue any where else. DISGUSTING!

   Seriously not impressed with the made to measure service. We had a long lead time to get measurements, requesting the measurement of 12 bay window panels. The person attended on the allocated time but only measured half of the windows (i.e. Downstairs). When I went to the store to find out why we hadn't had notifications of the measurements or any information whatsoever, I found that the store did have it down as 12 windows to measure. But even the store hadn't received the measurements from the fitter. They had to contact the fitter direct and call me back indicating that they only had 6 windows measured. The shop said they would contact me to arrange another visit - however 3 days later, I still havent had any call. Would I recommend this service. ------ No definitely not and will not use them again.

   Visited in order to buy curtain rails and curtains. Selection of curtains is quite extensive and for a reasonable price. Quality is good but you won't get top of the range products. Curtail rail selection OK with decent amount of choice.

   Came to this store to pick up an item, while searching a young and lovely staff member approached and asked if she could help. Mentioned the product i was looking for and she immediately assisted found the item and brought it to me with a big smile on her face the whole time. Thank you.

   The store itself was clean and tidy with a great selection of products but unfortunately I needed to use the customer toilets there and OMG! I've been in a few toilets in my times and the stench of urine and feaces of this one was by far one of the worst I've experienced. My eyes watered and I nearly vomited. For health and safety reasons this should have been closed.

   Nice enough shop but it always takes forever to pay. There are usually 3 or 4 empty till points and loads of staff on the shop floor but even with a queue of about 15 people only 2 tills ever seem to be used. And the staff on the till always end up disappearing into the back room for click and collect or taking ages to deal with returns.

   Some good products for sale with reasonable prices. The store is clean and tidy but it's slightly overstocked so it makes shopping for someone in a mobility scooter rather difficult as no space to move around store.

   Always one person at the tills and long waits to be served. Click and collect doesn't have a dedicated lane or store assistant. More focus on customer service is required otherwise your customers will go elsewhere!
