   I was interested in a particular item piece of furniture. I emailed with a couple of queries, and then asked for some wood samples for a colour match. After emailing 4 times without response I went elsewhere. In response to the owner's comment, I have checked and the 4 emails I sent were to the same email address as the one from which I had previously received several emails from them. I am confident my emails were received and either not read or not actioned.
