Received sofa today faulty Very bad customer service I been waiting half hour and no answer, Sofa mark on it, bitten upside down I give one point as I received on time I raised the complain and I send the pictures but no reply and when t to the shop and manager say not our problem after sale He said wait three days and now 5 days no answer from anyone As soon as they get your money is not there problem I got damage sofa and switch upside down and they didnβt fix the sofa properly

Worst experience from any company ever 4 flawed sofas 2 technicians coming out to look at flawed sofas and saying they can't be fixed ,to be a year forward and sofology offering no replacement, but have offered,money off for a flawed sofa full refund or or pick something else, ( just want a sofa that right), money off was no where near enough to take a punt on a sofa that's about to burst, can't find anything else in the shop we like, so it's full refund! Sofology is now wanting sofa back asap or the option of full refund will be revoked, so 4 weeks before Christmas we have no sofa and no chance of getting anything else in time , so on the floor! please go elsewhere honestly we it goes wrong with these guys it gets dark and ugly!

AFTERSALES WITH SOFOLOGY- A JOKE!!! I bought 3 sofas just under 2 years ago. I trusted the brand SOFOLOGY! The sofas started furring, making the appearance ugly, which was clearly a manufacturing fault with the fabric. As I was still under warranty I contacted the manufacturer. They sent a technician who could not do much and said to contact the company - which I did. They turned around and said that it was bubbling, which was normal. I was not told at the time of purchase to expect bobbling. THIS IS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURER FAULT. why would anyone buy a sofa that would bobble within 2 years. Obviously they have now stopped using this fabric on their sofas because there is a fault with the fabric. Now I am stuck with sofas that furr- BECAUSE THEY SAY IT IS NORMAL - THEY WOULD SAY THAT BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO PAYOUT! Rather than admit to a fault, letβs deny!!! I bought these sofas because of the brand. The sofas where 3 x Collingdale 3 Seater Sofa Collingdale Milo Navy, spent Β£3000. Warranty- they donβt care!!! Donβt bother, go somewhere else.

Super stressful, overrun with really pushy sales people. Everyone on the shop floor hassled us and we werenβt left alone for one minute. We left and went to DFS where they left us alone to peruse and buy a sofa in peace. The situation needs to be fixed!

Do not buy with these scammers!!!! The worst place you can buy furniture ! They lie about your delivery process ! The worst furniture company in the world in all means ! The inside sellers are just manipulators to sell sell sell and will always lie to their customers! I hope Sofology will shut down business because they donβt deserve to be in business!

Extremely upset with my sofas which I purchased only 1 year ago for over Β£3000 for my 1st dream home. All the cushions of the sofas gone out of shape with in 6 months of purchase I complained and They changed the bottom 2 cushions but not the rear and I was told I am suppose to unzip and fix the fibres every other day. This is extremely unprofessional and even after fixing the fibres they only last 5 mins if that. Really upset as I didnβt expect to spend Β£3k on Sofas to barely last even a year.

Came into the Enfield branch of sofology and my god have they set the way to excellent customer service. They build the basket for you if you wanted to go home and check, very knowledgeable staff, ready to help when needed and the layout of the branch is beautiful. I love how the bays are all suited to the sofas I wanted to buy the whole bay.(which you can as they sell everything that you see)

Had a very pleasant experience with the knowledgeable Ilmas (probably has a PhD in Sofology!). Seriously, this guy knew his sofas and made sound recommendations based on the criteria we threw at him. I will order a sofa from here but I'm docking a star for Sofology's godawful website: slow to load, can't register an account and a super confusing layout means I'll have to call up instead. Otherwise, great experience in this store. Recommended.
