   Went to the cafe to get a Latte, 3 members of staff behind the counter and no one acknowledged me for 3 minutes. Just talking between themselves. In the end walked off without my drink. Must still be in the festive mood.

   I visited Dunelm Enfield today and picked up a rug from a section clearly marked as seventy five percent off. The rug had no original price tag. When I asked the first staff member, they gave me the full price. The rug was visibly dirty. A woman who appeared to be the manager then told me it should have fifty percent off due to the dirt. At the till the discount was suddenly reduced to thirty percent and the same manager denied what she had previously told us. This behaviour is unacceptable. There was no consistency, no clear pricing, and no honesty. The staff gave different prices each time and tried to justify the changes on the spot. This is not the first issue I have had in this store. On a previous visit they attempted to sell a simple plastic bin for forty four pounds and the staff did not know the correct price. The lack of transparency and the unprofessional attitude of the staff made me decide not to buy the rug. I will not rely on this store again and prefer to order online where prices are clear and customer service is respectful.

   Im probably in this store every other week. Well organised, good staff and I generally always find what im looking for. In my opinion, Dunelm can be a little more expensive compared to The Range for example, however the quality of goods from Dunelm is always of the highest quality. Which is why I dont mind spending a little more , sometimes a lot more, as I value the quality. I buy all my bedding from here plus some home decor items such candles, reed diffusers, pilliows, as well as a various pieces of kitchenware. Ive also bought rugs, lamps, wall art and cleaning tools...all have been great purchases. Their pay and collect works well, although be sure to allow enough time so the staff have a chance to pick this items! Weekends can be expectionally busy in store, I try and go weekday evenings if possible. I would recommend Dunelm and give it 5 stars!! They offer premium goods at great prices.

   Really helpful and respectful staff. We bought what we needed but some of the stuff wasn't in store or available, so they helped us place an order there for the missing items. They also went out of their way to check the warehouse for an item that was in stock but not on the shelves. Highly recommend this place mainly due to the staff but also the actual products sold are really good quality and have a nice range

   This is one of my favourite places to shop. It has everything you need for your house. Visit the place like therapy to me. I go there even when I don't plan to buy anything. It's always well organized and tidy. There are toilets for clients to use. If you get hungry there is a little coffee shop also. And the best thing is that the prices are very affordable.

   This is fantastic store for homewares, with a great selection of ready-made curtains, kitchen utensils, duvets, and cushions. The range of products is impressive, and the quality is excellent. I was particularly impressed with the variety of kitchen utensils on offer, as well as the range of colors and patterns available for the curtains and cushions. The store is well organized and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to find what you're looking for.
