   My experience in purchasing a mattress from the Dreams store in Edmonton in september was first class. I was served by yusuf who was professional. He welcomed me when I entered the store and asked whether I would like a hot drink, very hospitable. He listened carefully to what I was looking for in a mattress. He explained the technology used to assist customers in choosing a mattress. He allowed me to take my time to make my choice. Yusuf knows how to treat people. I am grateful for his assistance.

   I visited Dreams Edmonton branch store today 23.10.25 around 5pm to enquire about a bed I was interested in purchasing, and I was honestly so shocked by how unprofessional the male staff member on duty was. I asked a simple question “does the mattress come with the bed” and instead of helping me with my questions, he decided to comment on my personal life, completely unprompted and totally inappropriate recommending that I get a “rich husband” instead and that the “rich” would not ask such a question but instead “they will give a tip.” I came in expecting basic customer service, not to have my private life discussed by a stranger. He was intrusive, disrespectful, and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Do not spend your money here as long as this man works here. Dreams please do better with training your staff with basic customer service skills.

   Very bad customer service, I got a small double bed with mattress, on sale, and waited for some time and when I went to pay the balance, only for them to tell me, that’s not what I ordered for, that the guy who attended to me put down a single, instead of a small double, so disappointed, I order a small double, but they wanted to bring me a single bed, I had to cancel my order.

   Awful experience with this store. Wendy doesnt have a clue of what she is doing. The manager Eugene was a nightmare and really messed me around. Wasted my time and delayed my order exchange for a month. Avoid this store at all cost. Highly NOT reccomended

   Amazing customer service! It couldn't have been better. Great staff, store was organised, coffee was good and sales support was wonderful. Even though shop was busy they didn't rush to get you out, which is remarkable after being closed for so long. Go and look for Mandy, she is simply amazing (I'm sure the others are too)
