   Please avoid at all cost! This place does not fulfill the timeframe they promised it has been more than 4 week and they have not delivered the sofa yet. No calls to update, all queries are brushe off. Disappointing customer service. Please customers use well know brands such as istikbal or kelebek. Do not waste your money in this place.!!!!! This company should shut down

   I bought a bed with mattress, dining table with chairs and sofa beds nearly 2 and half years ago. I have had problems with my mattress the sides of the mattress has been dent in within just over a year went back there last year October I have been told that it's over warranty time and they can't do anything. Silly me bought another mattress and same thing happened again. So we reported it again and waiting for them to resolve the issue. How can the mattress have only have only 1 year guarantee. They don't give your money back when you ask for refund. Never going back in there again.

   PLEASE AVOID SERRONI AND FURNITURE BAZAAR!! I purchased my bed and sofa approximately two years ago, and since delivery, I have been experiencing problems with both items. Although they go by different store names Serroni is actually owned by the same people as Furniture Bazaar. They have rubbish customer service everytime time I call, she (Nil) has a really disgusting attitude. They treat you very well till you pay, but they never provide any kind of aftercare. After only two years, my sofa has literally fallen in the corner and needs to be replaced now. My mattress is likewise the same, and despite my repeated requests for repair from them, I have been told that there is nothing they can do. We don't purchase furniture at these costs to be used for just two years, so please don't waste your money here. Bellona or Serhat Furniture will come out for any concerns, so please buy from them. Invest your money elsewhere!

   The worst customer service. The worst after sales care. I bought sofas and a bed for a couple thousand pounds and they damaged the wardrobe. They promised to come back the next week and replace the back panel. I have been chasing up for a few weeks. They didn’t deliver part of my order and now they are trying to say they do not have stock. I am very disappointed. The manager has been avoiding me everytime I call or visit the store in Bruce grove. Serrano Furniture is very unprofessional and will not care about anything as soon as you give all the money.
