   I recently visited Dream Beds in Chingford and had an outstanding experience, specifically thanks to our sales representative, Raghupal. Navigating stores can be challenging as my mum has MS and uses a wheelchair, but Raghupal went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He immediately opened the fire door to provide us with easy, level access to the showroom. His expertise was invaluable; he gave us very helpful advice tailored to my mum’s specific age and medical condition, ensuring we found a mattress that offers the right support and comfort. He even helped us book a suitable delivery slot that worked for our schedule.    Unfortunately my partner and I had a bad experience. The reason for this is that the sales assistant that guided us was quite pushy and didn’t give us room to think at all. He was talking a lot. Well at first it felt very helpful but we were sold a 2000 pound mattress only to find out the next day from a different sales assistant that the very same mattress is half price on clearance in the same store. Ashley, the man who was our sales assistant would’ve seen this when he clicked on the mattress during the check out process. It is extremely disheartening especially when we asked multiple times if they had promotions or deals. When we came home we were like why are we buying a mattress for 2000 pounds and thankfully contacted the store. The sales assistant that dealt with the cancellation however was really lovely and gave my partner great advice including the delivery date of new clearance mattresses. We don’t know his name, he was an Indian man. The manager was also very chill with the cancellation.

   Came in with the family at the beginning of November as looking for a new bed for my mother, have to give a big applause to Abdurahman who assisted us with our in store search, he was so kind in pointing us to the right beds based on the body scan results and his knowledge of what was upstairs in clearance made sure we got what we needed at the best price, he also handled all the delivery logistics swiftly for us and included some extra goodies such as pillows free of charge. Thankyou dreams for your amazing employee. And making our trip worth the while.

   Good afternoon, First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Abdi how welcome is in the store. Show me which mattress is good for me that fantastic machine. He help me to find a bed and mattress for my badget and give me ideas. I feel very welcome there and his costumer service skill was excellent. He brings me a pillow to try different beds. When we find our bed he was amazing to give me ideas and information about warranty. I hope the store appreciate his work and you need more people like him. I can give a rate highly satisfying my visit at Dreams and I already recommended for my friend.

   My sister wanted to share that she had an excellent experience with Wendy at this store. " I walked in very stressed after a bad day and needed help to buy a bed. I had a strict criteria of needs that Wendy listened to carefully before taking me around the store to show me my options. She talked through everything with me, explained everything, and made sure that it suited my needs and offered me and my father a drink.
