   In response to the reply: I knew this property was sold. I was using this as an example. The problem is that there are never any pictures of the rooms without AI. So whilst it might seem like a good idea to add furniture so that potential buyers can visualise, maybe provide the original photos too to actually be able to see what the properties look like. The issue with AI is that not only is it adding furniture, it’s also ironing out flaws with the property which might be useful to see before bothering with an in person viewing? Uses AI on photos. Huge disappointment when you’re trying to look at a property and can’t even see what it truly looks like. AVOID!

   Think were great from start to finish. Super fast to get our property live and the quality of the photos and video was really good. Everyone we spoke to was great but Sharon looked after us throughout and was fantastic in keeping us up to date. At stressful times when solicitors weren’t engaging as we’d have hoped Sharon stepped in to take control and have us the reassurance we needed. Would highly recommend!

The team have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are a pleasure to speak with at anytime, including Saturdays. There were some real challenges with my house sale, they worked tirelessly on behalf of the buyer and myself to ensure that the sale went through on the agreed date and at the agreed price and terms. Highly recommended and I am looking forward to dealing with them again soon, as I look to secure my next property.

   Think have been wonderful honestly, we spent SO long looking for a place to live, but Think made it so very simple, we got a place to live so quickly, every process was super easy, we were treated with the most respect, and it made renting a good experience over the stressful experience it can be in other places. Now we're in our lovely home, the communication between me and my partner with Think is very very good, open and quick. We correspond with Jade, who gets back to us incredibly fast, with great replies and fantastic results. She gives us all the information we ask for and need, takes requests from us, and has fixed any issues we have in less than 24 hrs of us asking.
