    Absolutely awful! Do not go with NSW. The way university students are treated is beyond appalling. There were multiple complaints about the house which were completely ignored despite being made by each tenant. However NSW really crossed a line when they ignored the damp problem in the house causing the ceiling to drip onto my bed and all down the walls soaking my belongings and bed. This meant that I was unable to stay in the property for a lot of my tenancy despite me still having to pay the full amount of rent. NSW still ignored every email and phone call around this and cancelled all of my requests on the app. We eventually got an email reply saying that I need to just open a window (this was mid December). I was also asked not to complain about damp again as it is β€˜not their responsibility’. Despite this I attempted to open a window which to no one’s surprise did not stop the water dripping from the ceiling. Highly highly recommend that you never go with these!

    Stay away at all costs. Disgusting flats. Not clean at all. Dust everywhere. Kettle full of old water when we moved in. Toaster grim. Dirty hallway. Oven didn’t work took them 2 weeks to come out. Take ages to respond to anything. Useless. Only pro is 10 second walk to kebab shop

    The only good member of staff that I had contact there with was Sarah, who ended up sorting some of our issues. We had a lot of concerns raised including hot water which we didn’t have maybe 3/4 days of the week November until around February, not many callbacks regarding raised issues and in the end the landlord tried to charge us for stuff that we didn’t even do. Honestly getting a deposit back in September instead of the 4 week time after the tenancy ended is ridiculous. No communication at all, staff who spoke to us never passed on consents and such so everyone was unaware of what they were doing, but Sarah was great and sorted some things out for us. Wouldn’t use the company again but it was fair experience. Would have been a great accommodation if only issues raised were sorted (only 2 problems were) or if the deposits were actually dealt with properly without it becoming a money making scheme.

    NSW have fully managed Morison Properties for the past 5years and have always provided an excellent professional service. References, contracts, and the deposit scheme have been seemlessly managed and all the necessary certificates renewed on time. They always keep us updated on new legislation and their online tools are very useful. Communication is excellent - any issues are dealt with very efficiently. Vacancies are filled very quickly. They have a very friendly hard working staff with special mention to Jessica who recently drove forward a sale on one of our properties for us with great tenacity exceeding all expectation also Sarah in property management and Nicola whose financial help has been invaluable. NSW have released us from all the worries that accompany managing or selling properties and we would highly recommend Neil and his team.

    I’ve used NSW Properties for a number of years to manage my residential properties and they’ve always been a very efficient agent. Their Rent on Time service, guaranteeing my rents, has given me reassurance that even if my tenants don’t pay the rent, I will still receive rents due. Their Property Management department have been really efficient in dealing with any property related issues and means that my tenants are really happy in our properties.
