Bed was delivered and assembled by friendly people who walked some of the way due to narrow roads and even took an unrelated mattress box upstairs as a favour. The bed itself is very nice and there were many options for customisation.

I saw the Divan bed on offer in Hythe but ordered in Tonbridge branch. A really friendly service. The bed is exactly what I needed for a great price. A double divan with storage underneath. Delivery team were great too. Two months on from delivery, no complaints. A great independent store.
My five stars goes to Ray and Travis the delivery crew who offered us an innovative solution when we were stuck with the bed too big to go up the stairs and asked to pay extra for another bed. It’s close to Christmas I am sure they have loads of orders to follow up, but they were willing to stay and help. I can’t thank them enough for making things work for us. Well done!
excellent family store in TonbridgeI have used them once for some Maysons furniture. They were very friendly polite and ordered my furniture and their delivery time was great. They stored my bedroom furniture until we could organise deilvery. We now have shopped with them again and the service was excellent i had researched the furniture I was looking for they looked up on the manufacturers website and placed the order for the furniture required. Placing a deposit then paying when furniture arrives. Can highly recommend.
Brilliant service! We decided to replace our 14 year old GPlan 3 piece suite and wanted exactly the same GPLan style. We wasted several hours in major national retailers who only wanted to sell us what they could get easily hold of and not necessarily GPlan. We were not offered what we wanted. We ended our search and went to Castons in Tonbridge and what a difference. Peter readily understood problem and immediately identified our old GPLan suite and told us that it was still available and then proceeded to give us all the current options including what materials it was available in. There was no hard sell of any other styles as he could clearly understand that we knew what we wanted. His knowledge was very impressive and reassuring. The price was extremely competitive and there were no hidden charges as everything was explained upfront such as free delivery and removal of the old suite etc which previous retailers added on at the last minute. From the moment we placed the order we have been kept in touch with the progress by either Peter or Michael and nothing was too much trouble to ensure our complete satisfaction. The suite turned up slightly ahead of schedule and was delivered up 2 flights of stairs by 2 very courteous and helpful members of their staff who ensured that we were happy with everything. We have already recounted our 5 star experience with family and friends and told them to save time and effort by going to Castons in Tonbridge first as they set the highest standard to judge other retailers by. You can see why this independent company has been trading in the same family for 125 years.
First class service from Sean at Tonbridge . Very well priced single divan set & the bed base seems well built . Delivery drivers were polite & courteous & took great care bringing the bed in . This is the second bed I've purchased from Castons & find the service excellent
