Great range of products. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Stored my furniture until I was ready for delivery, then delivered promptly by friendly and efficient team.

Extremely rude lady on reception, looked me up and down as I was in my work clothes and looked a bit scruffy. Went into the shop with the intention of purchasing a light that me and the wife had chosen from the website, however, decided not to buy from here and glad I didn't as found the exact same item on amazon half the price! Stay clear of this pretentious over priced store!

Fantastic customer service. Great quality furniture at reasonable prices. Delivered at the time they said they would and the delivery guys Martin and Zac were cheerful, friendly, helpful and put it all together in no time at all. Can’t fault this service. Thank you.

The centre has some great products and selection to choose from. Store is laid out well and flows nicely. The arrangement of the store gives you plenty of ideas for placement and look. Sadly the staff are far from customer focused and unhelpful, frankly rude. I spent over £300 on a single light fitting and bulb and really wish I hadn’t after having to go and find someone to help. Donna, I think, “helped” us and she really was not interested and snobby. Not sure she wanted our business, or anyone’s business it felt. We are decorating and need several lights for the house and some garden furniture early next year, we had chosen lights and some furniture but sadly will not be returning. We could have spent £000’s supporting a local store but this will not the the case. Our second purchase recently was equally as bad with the gentleman at the store really not helpful and it felt like such a chore us being there. 3 staff with nothing better to do, certainly not focusing on customer experience and helping us. I have since found the items we like 25% cheaper online, which I would not have done had the experience been better and would have paid their price, which is painful as I really do seek to support local businesses as a business owner myself but sadly this will not be a business that will get my support. If they got the basics of dealing with customers politely it would be something but it feels like we got in the way. I observed other customers having a poor experience so at least it wasn’t just me! Sorry lighting centre but after three bad visits to buy products after countless browsing visits, hoping it was a “bad day” but sadly it really was poor each time.

We have purchased garden furniture, a sideboard, sofas and and an armchair from here and the quality was excellent and the prices competitive. The management and staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and exceedingly helpful throughout the purchasing process from selection, ordering and finally delivery. I noticed one reviewer stated that some items aren't always available to purchase the same day but I think this is often the case with larger items wherever you go and personally knowing that something is being specifically made for you outweighs this and waiting a while for its delivery is not an issue for most people. In a marketplace where more and more is moving online I would urge you to support our local traders before they all disappear. Keep up the good work.
