All Neptune's are the same layout. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would recommend but it high end products for high end prices.
I love this shop and if the budget allowed I'd buy my kitchen from here . Just feel the staff could be a touch more welcoming, hence the 4 star.
Impressive showroom and some fantastic ideas and schemes. Felt it lacked a bit of soul but would suit many. Think they could do with some better offering in terms of lighting !

Teresa was extremely helpful when ordering an additional Montague chair for our kitchen and went out of her way to locate a voucher for us that we had misplaced so we were able to obtain a discount. Superb service
While Neptune's products are exceptional and this store is of course beautiful, I would AVOID ordering through the Tonbridge Branch. A month's delay, told incorrect information on the products, emails unanswered and the phone line is rarely picked up. I had to repeatedly drive back to the store just to talk to them and eventually gave up and left disgruntled. Go to either HAILSHAM or HOVE Branches - their Customer Service is exceptional, lovely team and very efficient!
Beautiful showroom and lovely staff. We chose to use Georgia from the Design Team to help us create our vision for our new home - and see really helped us understand which products to use and which went together well. Thanks again Neptune- we will be back!

Such an amazing and inspirational space. Friendly and helpful staff and the recent Christmas event was excellent and super child friendly with pottery painting and pieces of cake for them to enjoy!
The setup of a fair number of showrooms in a relatively medium sized space works really well - it gives a good reflection of their ranges. These are all pretty high end products.
