Always love shopping in Next. Always so easy, click and collect works a treat. My only gripe is I wish they had more big and tall clothing available in store!
Went to the store months ago but haven’t written a review and so thought it would be appropriate to still leave one. The store is fine but the customer service is not. I was standing behind another person who was being served happily by a chatty server at the counter however as soon as I got to him he didn’t even say hi even when I did. I do not expect you to have a conversation with me but the instant shift in the facial expression and mood was made apparent. If you’re working at the store as a young white man you will come across many different people you are trained to be consistent with the your job role. Wouldn’t be going there again and wouldn’t recommend people to go to experience crappy service.
Most staff are lovely and very helpful. Easy to park. Just difficult to get there atm with the closure of Gallows Corner
My Sister and I had an awful experience at the Next in Gallows Corner. The customer service was atrocious. Everywhere we went in the store, we were followed and when we went to try a blazer on in the store, 3 of the staff members ran towards us like we were going to steal it. We actually wanted to buy that jacket but wouldn't because of the way they treated us. They judged us on the way we looked and that was unacceptable. Absolutely awful and we will not be going back their ever again.

The staff we're very busy but well prepared for their one of their sales. We arrived as the store opened at 7am and the staff were all very attentive and wide awake! The range in this store is fantastic and I really like Next's furniture and house furnishings. We wanted to buy some ex-display chairs at a bargain price but were unsure if the colour would go well with our Next table. The staff helped us find furniture that was the same colour as our table to support us in our decision. They were then very good at helping us pay for the items. Exceptional service from the staff!
