   After being with Rebell Property, they have been nothing but a breath of fresh air. The first day of moving in we were very delayed and missed the usual move in times but they were absolutely fantastic in making sure everything was sorted for us. Their customer care and attention is second to none. Ever since moving in, any problem or issue has always been addressed in a quick and friendly manner. It’s well worth the money. I just want to give a shout out to Wenda who is a brilliant member of the team who gives above and beyond. If you’re looking for a place to stay whilst studying then Rebel is really the best place to go.

   I have moved in to Rebell Property end of September 2024 and have really enjoy living there because you have everything close to you and 5 minutes walk to the city center and Morrisons just down the road. The property is lovely and quiet also very big space in the diner room. I really recommand to new student for the next academy year 2025/26 who are looking a peaceful accommodation to come viewing this property with lot advantage like 10 minutes walk from Edge Hill University don't need to use public transport. Further there is always a maintenance person coming to check if there is an issue in the house or fixe the problem, great property to live. Twofo Bakaya

   Excellent Letting Experience! I had a fantastic experience renting through [Letting Company Name]. The house was in great condition, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The team was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from moving in to any minor queries we had along the way. Communication was always prompt, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their tenants, which made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable student housing. Would definitely rent with them again if i could.

   I have rented my uni house from Rebell for the last 2 years and I can honestly not fault them one bit. Everyone I have ever come across at the company is amazing especially Wenda! Martin is a fab landlord he will go above and beyond even after hours and is always up for a laugh. I wouldn’t recommend any other landlords more than I would Rebell. When someone I lived with dropped out they were so reassuring and helpful it made the situation 10 times less stressful. The house are such good value for money you literally can’t go wrong!

   Amazing landlords. Everyone I've come into contact with at the agency has been lovely with anything I need (especially Wenda, she goes above and beyond). I had a rocky start moving in and Martin was honestly a godsend helping to sort it and communicating with me about what was happening. The houses are also lovely and well maintained, with any repairs or issues being sorted out fast after being reported. All of the rooms have desks, fitted wardrobes, sinks etc. and you can ask for extra storage if needed free of charge. They'll also put things like tv brackets up for you if you ask which is very helpful when moving in. They even offer storage for your things over the summer which is such a relief when you live over 80 miles away from Ormskirk like I do. (Pictures are from a spare room we temporarily had after a friend chose to defer a year and move back home)

   Avoid this company at all costs if your son or daughter values privacy and peace of mind. My daughter used these people while at uni. A dispute over ownership of the property led to a man banging on the front door telling my daughter she was breaking the law by occupying the flat as he was the rightful owner. Also letters posted stating the same. Rebells response to my daughters obvious distress? ‘Don’t worry about it, just ignore it’. Workmen entering the property uninvited and without forewarning. Again, silence from Rebell when approached and no action taken. Refused to supply a key to the back entrance of the property which in the case of fire would obviously come in handy ( oh and the front door lock was broken for over a week before they could be bothered to repair it). The flat when my daughter moved in was in a state of disrepair and absolutely filthy. They finally sent repair dept and cleaners to the flat AFTER she moved in. My daughter left the flat after two months as the problems that arose constantly were ignored by Rebell and my daughter saw no other option but to move out. There are too many instances of ineptitude, neglect of a tenant and lack of service to mention in my daughter’s experience and I wouldn’t like anybody else to get into a similar situation with this company. I wouldn’t wish anybody’s son or daughter to have experiences with this company that my daughter had and I can only hope I’ve saved somebody enormous stress by reading this and instead using a professional company that will look after their clients. Unfortunately, one star rating is the lowest I can Give as there isn’t an option for zero stars.

   Great student housing agency! Been staying at Rebell property for the last 2 years. Really great team of staff at Rebell, always so friendly and happy to help. When anything went wrong (repairs), the maintenance team were quick to respond. Well furnished houses with a perfect location, close to Edge Hill University and town centre. A brilliant company to rent with and I highly recommend it!
