   I'm in my second year with McComb now and my time with them has flown by. I'm staying in the Arcadia building, the rooms are spacious, well maintained and the team in the office are super friendly and always willing to help. If you're a younger student you'll probably enjoy all the activities they run for the houses, to get people mingling like the pizza night or pumpkin carving competition. My flat mates have all been good (luckily) this last two years and McComb have left us to it, only this year there was a slight problem and it was resolved pretty much instantly.

   never had any issues with any staff, thought they were all really nice people and i appreciate all the support they tried to give us. i do think the price is too expensive though. for us personally we had problems. the people we lived with caused a lot of issues and an email would be sent or a meeting would be held but it continued and it felt like they took no further action. we understand and appreciate that we don’t see the behind the scenes though, and they are trying to help. during our stay the communal tv didn’t work the whole time we stayed there, there were issues with laundry machines. when i moved in i had issues with mini fridge and my shower, my extractor fan didn’t work in my en-suite and they never fixed it, you’d think they’d check this stuff before moving in. after we moved out we got emailed with multiple charges to pay after we had negative experiences during our stay.

   My experience renting a Studio apartment from McComb has been everything I expected and more. The team talked me through the options for accommodation and showed me alternatives so I can better weigh up and pick my preference. They answered all my questions and queries with confidence and reassurance and have a perfect balance of informal friendliness whilst maintaining complete professional understanding and procedure throughout. There are lovely touches to their processes which make you feel very welcome. Such as having various events on throughout the year, which is particularly useful when sharing with other students, as it encourages getting to know your flatmates socially. The team also accommodated my earlier course start date and have been nothing short of exceptional every step of the way. It is these personal customer care touches, amongst everything else, which sets them apart from competitors.

   I could not recommend Mccombs Students enough! I have lived with them for the past two years while completing my degree and it has been absolutely amazing and it has been everything I could have wished for and more! Antonia, Sophie and Ella are simply just amazing, always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to help with absolutely anything. I also cannot say enough good things about Richie the maintenance man. Super responsive, reliable, and always happy to help. No job is too big or too small, and everything gets done quickly and to a very high standard. They have made my experience at university so much better and I will always be grateful for all of them and the accommodation that they provided!

   If you have not decided on your accommodation choice yet for next year, seriously, look no further. McComb Student Accommodation is by far the best , and I would give them 10* as they look after their occupants 24/7. My daughter had a maintenance issue on a Friday evening, alternative support was given , and Richie the maintenance staff resolved it the following morning, what impeccable support. In addition to this the entire team are so professional and give 100% to their roles, peace of mind when parents live a distance away. Staying with them for my daughters 3rd year, no hesitation.

   As a mature student at EHU I wanted to find a property that had no hassle, McComb have been fabulous, since signing with them in Sept 2022 we have now agreed to sign for a new property with them. We have had zero issues with the property and even when we do need assistance they are incredibly helpful, massive shout out to Sophie who is always really friendly and helpful, and Richie who is a wizard with our maintenance. Could not recommend them any more than that.

   Living with mccomb was really good. The house was modern and secure with the fob system which as a girl made me feel more comfortable. The accommodation is a little pricy compared to others but it is worth it as you get all the little added extras like a mini fridge and tv and i don’t think other accommodation is as luxury so is well worth it. If i had any issue with anything (which when i did it was only little things) there was a system to record the issue and it was always solved quickly.

   Fantastic experience!! Honestly stress free letting for the year. mcComb are interactive with the students and so competitions and pizza nights, and leave surprises in the communal area for the students. Highly recommend! BT and Sky sports included was a huge bonus.
