   Thank you to Jamie-Louise for the excellent service I received with what may be considered the most difficult sale ever, which took over 2 years and came with many challenges and delays including: 1) Shared ownership property 2) Cladding survey delay 3) Sublet arrangement with my buyer 4) Lease extension 5) Buyer delays 6) Delays with buyer's solicitor This was the most stressful thing I have ever had to do and when Jamie took on my case she was very proactive and communicated with me regularly and offered information and advice when needed.    The Bryne Practice was recommended to me through a friend after I had a few problems with another local solicitors. I was so relieved when I originally spoke to Laura and she understood exactly what I needed and got to work straight away - within hours I had been sent documents that I needed to complete in order to get the process started. I have been a client of Laura’s for a few months now and she has assisted me in the transfer of deeds of one property and the purchase of another. I have nothing but praise for Laura, she has just been fantastic from start to finish. She was always at the end of an email or phone and I never felt silly asking questions.
