   The whole process of our new kitchen was enjoyable, positive and educational! Like many people we had a good idea of what we wanted and what was achievable. Our eyes were opened to greater ideas and possibilities. We would never have achieved the design we finished with if left to our own devices. Vicky and Emma bring a wealth of experience and apply it with creativity and enthusiasm. Apart from anything else they are just so nice to deal with. Oh, I should mention that we are delighted with the quality of the end result and consider it great value.

   Everyone at Funktional Kitchens was friendly and very helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we got the best kitchen within our budget. And that's what we got in the end. We are very pleased with the end result and the suggestions Vicky, Alison and Emma made during the design process. Equally importantly, Alison and Vicky were very understanding and proactive in sorting out an issue related to a kitchen appliance that developed a fault, clearly something completely outside of their control but they ensured we got a replacement delivered and installed in a timely fashion. Thank you!

   This was a much better experience than I had expected. Vicky, the designer, was friendly and supportive, showing me possibilities that I hadn't known about and keeping in touch throughout the process. The work team were extremely reliable, arriving when they said they would and cleaning up after themselves. Even my strict concierge thoroughly approved of them! At the end, Vicky followed up by coming round to make sure everything was all right; she had helpful suggestions for how to store things more efficiently, and arranged for further tweaks where needed. The kitchen is not only beautiful but gives me a lot more storage space; everyone who sees it is impressed.

   Funktional Kitchens has provided us with excellent service, and a beautiful new kitchen. They worked with us on the design of our kitchen using their software in the showroom, and they offered a good range of options for fittings and appliances. The scheduling of the work, delivery of goods and installation all kept to plan. Communication with them during the whole process was good, and they were quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The very few problems that arose were dealt with to our satisfaction. We were also pleased with the work of the person recommended by them to do the preparation for the dry fit. Overall, we are very happy with our kitchen and recommend them.

   We had used Funktional in the past and decided to work with them again on our latest project- a kitchen and boot room (bar) refurb in a Norfolk barn conversion. Communication was clear, involved and bespoke throughout from design brief to completion. No detail was left overlooked and the team always remained a few steps ahead of us in our expectations; manoeuvring around manufacturing issues due to COVID expertly and with little fuss in striving to complete the entire project by Christmas (which they did!) The finished kitchen is gorgeous, glossy and the installation guys were efficient and masterful! The additional bar area that we decided to put in is so bespoke and perfectly fitted that for such a tiny room, it comes in as one of our favourite rooms! We love both so much and our guests complimentary comments are enough to affirm to us that we chose the best guys for the job! x
