   Although my solicitor has as very friendly and a nice women there was what I felt a lot of miss communication, things were not made clear to me which was frustrating and upsetting. Also like the below the whole process to get the funds settled and sent over took much longer then it should have and I felt like the company held on to money which they should not have done and in that way not professional. I would NOT use this company again and there are much better solicitors out there.

   Shocking! They are holding onto funds they have no right to and are causing me great stress and anxiety in the process. I am also writing to the SRA to complain about particular individuals within the company, their lack of compliance with data protection and quite frankly terrible service - AVOID!!!!

   Very disappointed with the interaction between my solicitor (Pearsons and Co) and Walter Brooks & Co wouldn't provide paperwork unless repeatedly asked, to be honest I find this firm extremely unprofessional.

   Made the mistake of employing this shower to handle a divorce case. They dragged the case out for over two years and it often felt like they were working for the opposite side, despite me paying them almost £6,000 and they made damn sure they got every penny available out of me. Their staff kept leaving so I had to go through the whole tale again with new solicitors - FIVE TIMES. At one point, one left and they didn't bother to pass the case to another member of staff, and consequently I was sat in court by myself wondering what the hell was going on. Just represent yourself. Walter Brook and his minions don't care about you - they're probably all sat around his swimming pool quaffing pinot noir and gorging themselves silly on roast swan at your expense.
