   I went into magnet looking for a kitchen. I was promised i would have a design sent through to me and it never came. I kept calling and was kept promising i would be sent a design and quote in a day, it just never arrived. Then on the 5th phone call i was told that they don't have enough staff to help me. Very disappointed with this false customer service. Such a shame as face to face they were really nice. If you can't deliver something, tell the truth from the beginning, honesty is the best policy.

   I visited Magnet very late on in the day but the team couldn't be more helpful. I was looking for a spare part for my kitchen fit out. The assistant manager gave me amazing service and even personally sorted out delivery the next morning so my builder could get on with the job. Thank you. I would wholeheartedly recommend Magnet/Magnet Trade

   Magnet Trade at Enfield is always a pleasant place, if on the odd occasion they are out of stock of something I need it will normally be available with 24/48 hours they can even deliver direct to site. They stock a large range of products from door hinges locks kitchen sinks to timber and flooring, would I recommend them? Yes I would.
