Nice cinema seat very old so uncomfortable. Parking free but you need to put your reg in at the cinema foyer. Loads of food and drinks choice but expensive like they all are. Had trouble with kids being loud and having phones on through wicked film I told the cinema staff and security did come told them, which they did, but surprised they didnt come back as after the kids continue and was filing the film. This was after 4 people told the kids to be quite so they didnt handle it well in my option

£12.50 for an off-peak ticket is scandalous. Plus the seating is still the old fashioned style. I only came here, as it is the closest cinema to my home. I'll be going a bit further away in future.

I've been coming here since it opened in what, 2001? Never really had any complaints. I like going in a weekday afternoon when the screenings are usually quiet, so perhaps I avoid the nuisance audiences like kids on their phones and people talking all the time. The cinema is always very clean and, whilst I've been in comfier cinema seats, they're not uncomfortable as such. There's some sound disturbance in some screens and I've never worked out what it is; the other screens? Traffic from the linkway? The sound levels are usually very intense in each screen so it may be the former. If I have one real complaint though it's that trying to purchase a ticket on the website is a frustrating experience as the site is always painfully slow to process payment.

We had an amazing time, such lovely staff and they were really helpful and kind. The movie was a really nice experience and we had a great time there! Also, bonus points because the food was UNREAL.

Can't complain when you have the entire screen to yourself during the latest Mission: Impossible movie. No chavs, no people talking, no phone lights, no annoying kids and no one vaping, it was the perfect experience. Screen was clean as were the toilets, and whilst the drinks and popcorn prices are very high, they're generous amounts and adds to the experience, I just wish there were less adverts but that can't change. Would recommend coming here mid afternoon on a weekday if you like your film viewings nice and quiet. Staff were friendly too and got us scanned in very quick.

Love love love this pictures, love the small intimate screen rooms. Nice staff and always clean. Rather come here, even though the L1 Odeon is closer to mine.

Food and drink a rip off as it was £9.90 for Nachos and a small frozen drink which costs more than the actual cinema ticket itself. Seats need to be updated as they're in need of an upgrade to match the modern cineworld cinemas as this place is way too old. Arcade games seem to be a miss due to it being about 4 claw machines, an air hockey table and a shooting game. The original ticket counters are still there after being closed years ago. Tuesday afternoons are dead, there was me and 4 others watching the Matilda musical and there was another screen with about 3 people in. Adult ticket same price as a child ticket which doesn't make sense. This cinema should either be refurbished or closed down as its not fit for purpose.

Was we overcharged when we watched Avatar 3D on 3rd January 2023 at 11-20. We are senior citizens (74) We were charged £30-88 on one receipt and £6-90 on the second receipt both on our debit card which I thought must be for 3D glasses. The movie was brilliant.

Great cinema but be careful with the parking it is free if you register your car inside the cinema otherwise you will get a hefty fine from the parking firm as only allowed 2 hours max so if the movie runs for more than this beware!! The signage for parking rules are extremely poor and not visible. Just remember to register your car registration inside the cinema!

The film was good, staff were lovely. However seating is a major issue, the seating is not at all suitable for anyone plus size, disabled or heavily pregnant. Definitely needs a seating update, for the price of the tickets I'd at least expect the people I'm bringing along to be comfortable.
