   We go to this cinema every couple of months, it's a lovely little cinema, the seats are really comfy, though they don't recline, they also sell alcohol so you can enjoy a drink while watching the movie

   A rather mediocre experience. Tried the food and drink (2 x large Pepsi & Large Mixed Popcorn)... the popcorn had loads of unpopped corn inside which was awful. The cinema was not secured and no purser appeared even after the film started, so had to guess which screen the film was showing on. This meant anyone could just walk in regardless whether they had a ticket or not. Was at most 10 people in the cinema for the film which says everything. Good film, but poor experience overall.

   Visited today with family. The staff were amazing. I’d made a mistake and booked tickets to tomorrow's showing of Lilo and Stitch. The staff were very understanding of my own mistake And they offered to move my tickets forward, to today, as there was space to do so. My daughters, wife and I were very happy. As I say, this was my mistake, but the ladies working today are a credit to Reel, they offered to correct my mistake and save the day (and my embarrassment). I didn’t catch any names, but thank you to all of you, I really appreciate your kindness and understanding.

   Taking time out of a busy schedule to see John Wick 4. Decided to visit reel Widnes. Was blown away by the reception of the staff. Especially Abinayan what an absolute gentleman, very positive very polite, an absolutely fantastic ambassador for reel.

   I enjoyed Avatar. I would recommend the film in 3D. Theatre was clean and comfortable and staff were also friendly. It's a long film so buy drinks/ popcorn or snacks.
