We went to watch wicked for good this afternoon, i was blown away at how wonderful Adam was, he went above & beyond for my daughter who has many additional needs. you made the experience so amazing and you really made her an extremeley happy girl. I really cannot thank you enough Adam your kindness, patience and understanding. You are a credit to odeon liverpool one.

Generally has a lot to offer and is a great cinema in the heart of the city. Main issue is there has been a lapse in cleanliness lately with toilets being diabolical and the lobby being full of trash/popcorn from people who have come out of screens. It's 50/50 for the teams to keep up with cleaning but also people to be punished for being so disrespectful when they leave. The aircon can also be a bit hit and miss as sometimes its nice and sometimes its absolutely freezing.

Went to go and watch Wicked For Good and to see that the price for one adult was Β£19 was an absolute joke, not to mentioned the low quality of the overall cinema. You’d think they’d give you a good value for money giving the fact they charge you so much. The seating was vile. I went to watch the same movie at vue for Β£8 and had recliner seating and the place was clean and overall so much better than odeon. I’d recommend going Vue instead, cheaper prices and better overall experience.

Spacious and quality sound effects. For parking try the q park with 15% online discount comes Β£12.88 for 4 hrs. From level 1 car park use lift that takes straight to top floor for odeon cinemas. Worth coming here if you get odeon tickets on offer so you pay for parking the ticket price..lol

I was at a loss for something to do while killing a few hours in Liverpool and had already seen many of the sites , it was an unusually hot day in the high 20's , I came across the Liverpool one odeon, it was an ice cold aircon filled oasis of lovelyness, the reclining chairs where like new, the whole place was clean and like new . Highly recommended.

Staff were very welcoming, except for girl on Costa kiosk who was more interested in flirting with male customers. Toilets were dirty and smelt strongly of urine. Chairs could do with an update as they were uncomfortable to sit in and not enough leg room. Film itself was great, sound and vision were perfect.

Great evening out with friends. Saw Wakanda Forever, it was fairly busy. Great cinema...I don't think I would go back, due to it being busy. I had annoying person behind me kicking my chair and on their phone. I would probably go during the day.

I have been going to ODEON for the past 2 years and never have I been disappointed. I didn’t have any issue until now. Either you want to book before going or get your ticket when in place, you don’t have to worry. So I do recommend
