   Heswall "Move residential team" are fabulous. Made our house viewing experience very easy by organizing the itinerary very well. Jack was the person who showed us around multiple houses on our short stay in Wirral. Jack was extremely helpful, efficient, was not pushy to force us into decision making and allowed us the time and space to view the properties properly. He also arranged for a second viewing at very short notice. The branch manager, Mr Alec Stewart, was very helpful in organizing the viewings as per postcode. He promptly liaised with the vendor, mortgage advisor and solicitor to make the whole process seamless.

   I couldn’t recommend Move Residential enough. They made the whole selling and buying process so smooth and actually enjoyable. Of course there are stressful moments when selling and buying your next home, but all the staff especially Antony who was looking after my sale and purchase made the whole process as stress free as possible! I found that they always got back to me as soon as possible to any enquiry and they would check up bi-weekly to make sure we are doing ok, which I greatly appreciated. Can’t thank Antony & Hannah from Move Residential and the rest of the team enough, if you were considering using Move Residential I hope this review gives you enough reason to do so.

   When trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this Estate Agent so don't waste your money and seek a reputable Estate Agent to Sell your Property.
