Awful experience, staff were rude and unwelcoming, we arrived and staff were unhelpful and felt as if we were bothering them. While waiting for our film to start, we waited in the dining area near the front counter, The staff behind the counter were extremely unprofessional. They were swearing loudly to each other, staff who were scanning the barcodes had a very uncomfortable presence. Will not attend again. Staff were acting childish, when asking for the simplest of things βwhere to fill the drinks upβ it was met with a cold and blunt response.

Had difficulties to find my way to the front of the Cinema. Chairs, fabulous you can even lie down with little table on your front. screen was smaller than I expected. Staff helpful. Good overall

Probably the best cinema experience I ever had. The new seating is lush, Id be tempted to take a blanket next visit. Its a good volume for me, not too loud. Very tidy.

A Near-Perfect Cinema Experience at Odeon (with a few reservations) As someone who traveled from Liverpool city center, I can confidently say this Odeon offers a largely fantastic cinema experience, earning a solid four-star rating. First, let's talk about the positives. The cleanliness of the venue is impeccable, and the parking facilities are truly excellent, offering ample, secure spaces β a welcome change from the struggle of finding parking in the city center. The seating is remarkably comfortable, a huge plus for those of us who aren't "hobbit-sized." It's great to see cinemas prioritizing comfort. The sound system is absolutely outstanding. You don't just hear the movie; you feel it. This is a game-changer for horror films (prepare to be terrified!) and action flicks, where every explosion and punch resonates. While I might skip the "chick flicks" myself, the immersive sound undoubtedly enhances any genre. The location is incredibly convenient, with fast-food restaurants and even an Asda right nearby, making pre- or post-movie meals and snack runs a breeze. However, there are a couple of significant drawbacks that prevent a perfect five-star score, particularly for families. The ticket prices are notably higher than competitors like Vue, with Odeon tickets reaching up to Β£17 compared to Vue's Β£11. This price difference is puzzling, especially considering that cinemas primarily profit from concessions, not ticket sales. Speaking of concessions, the snack prices are considerably more expensive than at Vue. It's no wonder so many people bring their own! While an Ice Blast might be a tempting treat, even its size has shrunk while its price has risen. A more competitive pricing strategy for snacks would undoubtedly lead to increased sales and happier customers. For a family, the combined cost of tickets and snacks can quickly make a two-hour movie outing a very expensive affair. Despite these pricing concerns, the overall experience β the comfort, the sound, and the convenience β makes this Odeon a highly recommended destination. I traveled specifically to watch Superman here (a good film, though not quite Man of Steel for my taste, as they cater to different audiences), and I'll certainly be returning. Give this Odeon a try; you won't be disappointed by the quality of the viewing experience itself.

I thought the price was going to be a rip off but the seats were incredibly comfortable and worth the price, advise buying online to save a few quid though. I have two issues though, first is the theatre itself was way to hot which made me very comfortable, second is I ended up needing another drink but when I went to get one they weren't selling anymore. It was the evening 10.30pm ish but if you have customers you should still have drinks available. Was very dehydrated by the end of the film.

Always good. So lucky to be so close to odeon luxe, refuse to go anywhere else. They're okay with you taking your own food in as long as its not hot food. Staff are very friendly. There's a Costa. All seats are comfortable and recline with a table.

The staff tonight we're brilliant. Bar staff were well mannered and really added to the experience. The ticket checker was apologising that there was a team cleaning our screen room and was super pleasant. After buying some drinks part way through the film, the ticket checker leapt into action to open the doors for me and was very courteous. A wonderful experience had by all and would be very happy to attend again.

The best around . These recliners make us back to the big screen and we are now at least twice a month basis . Odeon card highly recommended do. The bitter side, they donβt do this card for kids.
