I've been here a few times now. While the seats are comfy, the screens are really sub-par compared to Odeon in Liverpool city centre. Audio quality is also a bit off at times. Overall the screen is not big, bright, or contrasty enough. I wouldn't recommend unless you are without options. An upgrade to the rooms is in order.

Just gone on to book tickets for the new Avatar, and the seats are all different prices on the app, charging more for sitting further away from the screen, that is an absolute joke! Im not even booking with you, that is just now being totally greedy and exploiting people going the cinema, like tickets are not expensive enough you are charging more for different seats for the same movie. Not using your cinema anymore.

Oto tłumaczenie na angielski: I went to see Depeche Mode with my husband. The cinema was clean, the food was good, the queues were short, and getting there was easy.

We were approached by a staff member asking if we needed assistance (we must have looked like fish out of water). Dora behind the counter serving food and beverages was the friendliest of them all. Clean throughout, wheelchair accessible. One disappointment was all of the soft drinks were Coca Cola brands, which are on the Boycott list. There are alternatives. Overall, nice place to visit and treat oneself. Would recommend.

I fell over on my way out of the cinema in the foyer. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They helped me up, checked I was ok, offered me water then a coffee and really made me feel better. As I am getting on a bit they showed real concern. I'm a bit bruised but otherwise unscathed. The cinema itself was spotless, really modern and the seats were fabulous. Thank you so much for a lovely experience and the brilliant young staff. They are a real asset to your company.

Always a pleasure visiting here. It normally means we are all together as a family which is a rarity these days as my children are now adults but when we do get together for movie nights this venue is the only place we go

Weather you are nipping in to watch film or stopping off for a Costa. This place is the place to be. Multiple screens showing the latest blockbuster, a wide range of drinks and snacks on offer, with the added bonus of a Costa coffee on site who also carriy Al hot drinks cold drink desserts sandwiches and hot food too.

Seats in the luxe screen are not as spaced out as the website/pictures suggest, but otherwise comfortable and the table and recliner is a great feature. Ticket prices are reasonable, but food and drink prices are on the high side.

Slick, comfy leather seats, loads of room, automatic self serve ordering of drinks and popcorn, very nice place for all your new films.

Superb theatre and seats are amazing. The only thing is they should try to clean before the next show, because the seat was full of food wasters.Luckly I had tissue to clean. There should be a drinking facility.I don't know whether it is there other than purchasing .
