   I love the staff in this place and they work so so hard. It's head office I have the issue with. New Brighton was the first light cinema that opened 14 years ago and supposed to be the lights flagship cinema. The one thing thats letting it down it badly and I mean badly needs doing up. Like ripping all the screens out in sections and have a refit. The whole place when badly needs more than just a lick of paint. I have sent message after message after message to the head office but it's falling on deaf ears. I went this evening and seen home alone and some of the ceiling is missing. My one star is not a reflection on the staff like I say as they are doing the best they can and are lovely and I know head office is ignoring them too.

   Brilliant cinema experience. Clean, modern screens, comfortable seats and great sound quality. Staff were friendly and everything was well organised. Really nice atmosphere and a great addition to New Brighton. Will definitely be coming back.

   They have the most comfortable seats of any cinema. Plenty of leg room. I found it a bit cool but, didn't spoil the enjoyment of the film.

   It was ok, the cashier and the guy who attended to us were professional and friendly, we enjoyed our time there, the lady who had a refuse/garbage bag at Studio 2 when we finished watching Sonic 3 looked pissed and totally ignored when my kids and I greeted her, regret taking our garbage to her, should have left it on the seat like the rest. I don’t care if I’m ignored but with my kids it hits different. She’s unhappy there she must look for a job elsewhere. Everyone else was fab. There was only one toilet, nowhere to hang a bag or coat once you are inside, huge inconvenience, looked to put my coat on top of the door, I saw something brown on it not sure what it was but felt sick, had to hold on to my bag and our coats, the toilet wasn’t clean either, couldn’t wait to get out of there, disappointing.

   Loved our visit here to see Antman, we had a money off voucher and staff were so helpful processing our tickets. Whole place was clean and warm and friendly. Popcorn was fresh and delish!

   The cinema it's self is ok with comfortable seating and is a nice venue but the picture quality was terrible. I watched avatar 3d . The picture was very dull and had almost no colour, it was hard to make out any details and looked like the film was made during a fog. I won't be going back, waste of money.

   Popped in for our annual Christmas Eve film, this time it was the new Avatar movie. Staff are great and you can book online easily and pick up your tickets from the box office. The only negative is cinema 6 was very warm tonight. Great location, lots of great places to eat prior/after your film.

   It's a nice theatre. They clearly put a lot of effort into keeping it clean and in good repair. Similar to some of the bigger players, they offer the option to buy tickets online so you can avoid queues.
