Poor company from start to finish. Unprofessional staff who didn't know any details on said property and constant chase up of trying to get deposit back. Poor communication. Would not recommend

House share - do not rent with lime light lettings. I lived in a house share with 5 other people and there have been numerous problems / issues. They allowed someone to live here that was on tag. I donβt think they do background checks whatsoever, we have had multiple things break ( washer, shower, doors,) and they all take months to fix. You cannot contact anyone directly only through their office number and then youβre told someone will call you back and they never do. I have complained about multiple house mates over the years and nothing is ever resolved. We had an ant infestation and it never got sorted, we had to share 1 shower between 6 people and it never got sorted. Contractors just use to walk through the front door and not knock, the landlord used to just show up with no warning whatsoever, I even witnessed one of them walk into someone unlocked bedroom whilst the room was being let out.Itβs disgraceful, do not reccomended renting with limelight lettings,

After a lengthy search for properties i contacted limelight lettings and the choice of accommodation was five star in my opinion as the rooms are well looked after they are clean and safe and come with a bed and furniture and the management team keep in contact to make sure your settling in and there are no issues with the property or any of the residents and my experiences renting with limelight is a five star service and would highly recommend this company.

1st house in Flint (5 months): mould, drugs and housemates tried to break into my room, hence a 5 month tenancy and not a 6 month, the police was involved and the housemate was still not evicted. (I was moved due to the issue not the other housemate, due to what I believe, they still wanted money from both tenants). Shower broke 3 months into tenancy and wasn't fixed when I left even though calling them repeatedly (1 shower for 6 people). 2nd house Connah's Quay (6 months): mould again everywhere, reported constantly. Unclean and untidy, an ant infestation broke out and Limelight did nothing to fix this issue. I had to go out and buy my own powder to resolve this, which cost me a surprisingly large amount of money. Overall, a poor show, I expected better.

Overall great customer service. I was helped out by a gentleman (Thomas Edwards) that took his time to take me through the process . Although I wasn't able to move in due to the distance of the house to other places I was greatly satisfied with the service I was given.
