   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Couldn’t Recommend Them More! We’ve just bought a property that was being sold by Berry & George. We viewed quite a few houses with different estate agents, but no one was as helpful or genuine as Berry & George. If I’m being honest, we probably wouldn’t have bought the house we did if it wasn’t for Dan taking the time to explain the potential it had. Now that we’re in, we absolutely love it and we’re so grateful to him for helping us see what it could become. We were late to our viewing because of the usual A55 traffic, and Dan couldn’t have been more understanding. Any questions we had (and we had plenty!) were answered straight away, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Honestly, we can’t thank Dan and the team enough. If we ever choose to sell or buy again in the future, we would 100% go straight back to Berry & George. Truly exceptional service

   By far the best estate agent around!! We can’t thank Rich, Dan and Jordan at Berry & George enough! Rich was an absolute star from start to finish and went above and beyond for us when we sold and bought with him. Dedicated, friendly, professional and genuinely cared. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! In fact we viewed and had an offer accepted on our house on a Sunday before it had even been put on the market!! If you’re looking for an agent that truly cares and will go that extra mile I can’t recommend Rich and his team enough.

   My parents property had been on the market with another estate agent in Mold for a number of months with very few viewings. Made contact with Berry and George where Rich then visited the property and said he would have it sold within a week. True to his word and 2 viewings later my parents accepted an offer within a week. The service from the Berry and George team and in particular Rich, were outstanding. They marketed the property how it needed to be and the result of an offer within a week we could not believe. From offer to completion in just over 2 months wow!! I cannot recommend Rich and the wider Berry & George team enough. Just brilliant!

   Berry and George have been excellent from start to finish. We struggled to sell with a couple of other estate agents locally, but as soon as we switched to Berry and George the house was sold in less than a week. Rich came out to value the property, take photos (which were the best out of the estate agents we used, use of an aerial drone helped massively here due to our unusual boundary layout) and gave us some down to earth and straight talking advice. Within 5 days we had multiple offers on the property and managed to get more than we were hoping for. 3 months later and property is sold and we are in our new house. Rich was always available to call, and Dan in the office was also great at chasing various parties and providing feedback from viewings. We only wish we’d sold with Berry and George from the get go!

   FANTASTIC estate agent! Thank you to Berry and George for selling our home in record time not once…but twice. And both times within a week of it being put on the market. All staff have been amazing from the word go, nothing was ever too much trouble and they made the whole process so much easier. Rich was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did an amazing job at marketing the house, plus was available for advice at the drop of a hat day or night. Dan did our viewings, kept us informed with feedback and chased solicitors and the rest of the chain for us ensuring our sale went through efficiently. Pam was also fantastic at communicating between the different parties involved. Would HIGHLY recommend Berry and George and their incredible service! Thanks guys!

   From start to finish I just want to say that the new homes 4 u team worked so hard towards helping sell my house. Rich took the most fabulous photos ..nothing was too much and Arwel who did the viewings had my best interests at heart completely. He really looked after me as a client and my house whilst the viewings took place.. and finally Rea .. who without her help and drive towards helping sort out the issues with solicitors and buyers I don’t know where I would have been .. this young lady went above and beyond with the help and support she gave me..    Recently sold & bought through NH4U. Good experience from start to finish. Rich is very proactive & passionate about selling your property & will do all he can to get the best deal. All the office staff are very helpful & knowledgeable. Property details & photography far better than other estate agencies in the area & option of overhead, drone images was a real bonus. We’ve used other estate agents in the past and your property is just another photo on their shelves; NH4U will actively sell your property for you.    Considering moving house is the most stressful experience in a humans life (alongside divorce apparently) we had an absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. Rich and Arwel dealt with everything meaning we didn’t need to worry about a thing! Our house sold within 24 hours at a really good price and we also found our dream home through NewHome4U.
